It tends to be strictly transactional in my experiences with subway - tell the subway representative what I want, they make the sandwich, the sandwich is devoured, and I go about my day. I'm leaving this review because of the impact that the Subway employee, Christie, made on me. Not only could I tell that she was super attention to detail in making my sandwiches but she was super kind engaging in small talk and making me laugh. It was a rare experience where I left feeling eager to pass along the positivity that she had just shared with me. I highly recommend this location for anyone in the ball ground and surrounding areas.“

“This was the best Taco Bell I have ever been to and I am an avid eater of the Bell.
It was extremely clean and organized. The food was hot and crispy. The beverages were thirsty quenching and well carbonated. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
This place goes down in history as the best Taco Bell in my book.“

“I'm on a new diet and ordered a salad with Bacon tonight. I didn't expect it would be so good. All veggies were fresh, lettuce was crispy, tomatoes excellent. The Bacon and chicken were cooked perfectly. I put on my Honey mustard and Red Raspberry dressings, and by mistake my wife's BBQ sauce....the combination was delicious.“

“I've had some service issues at this location in the past but this trip was pretty good. The food was great, atmosphere was a little off. There was just no one eating in the dining room at lunchtime. They are decorating for Halloween so props for the seasonal atmosphere.“

“I was in the mood for a fish sandwich and decided to stop at this location. Ran through the drive-thru. I ordered the spicy giant fish sandwich, side of fries, and extra tarter sauce. This sandwich was massive. I do have a good spice tolerance, so this sandwich wasn't spicy for me, but I could tell there was some spice. It was so big that I ended up taking off one of the pieces of fish, splitting it in half, and putting it on my sandwich. All and all, no complaints, good sandwich for the price.“

If i had a complaint it would be, I used the app. Stated I wanted to have pizza ready in 45min. I received a notification that order was being processed and ready in 10min. “On May 31, 2024 at 10:35-10:50, the woman making biscuits was literally screaming at the other workers, cussing at them, yelling for them to "shit the F up" and "I'm not F'ing play" really loud. The entire store could hear her. She was wadding up the biscuits instead of wrapping them, and literally tossing them almost off the counter (one employee actually had to CATCH the food from hitting the floor). The one bagging the food was having to open the wadded wrappers to figure out what it was bc she couldnt tell. Then, other customers were coming back over and over again that were COMPLETELY wrong, and she got an attitude over having to fix her own errors. Other customers were complaining about her and her attitude, and we all were pretty upset. There were children in there!“

“I come in late at night right before closing every week after playing tennis for several hours. Stacey is always here every week, and no matter how late I come in, she is always in a great mood, very upbeat, and very warm and welcoming. It is a fabulous experience week after week. “Food is always got and fresh, and 8/10 times, the service is friendly. There are big inconsistencies with sauces. Sometimes you get them, but often, I ask twice and still don't get them. That is frustrating, but other than that, this is the best Panda Express I've been to.“
