“My salted caramel chiller was made wrong and they forgot to add the extra shot I asked for. They were just going to add another shot, but Josh came from the back and helped me out. I’m assuming his name was Josh because that’s what everyone else was calling him. He went beyond and hand blended it for me. He took his time and got everything fixed within like 2 minutes. He was really sweet about it and I appreciate him making sure my drink was done right. It tasted wonderful too!“

“As a coffee snob who grew up in Seattle, moving to Savannah left me seriously missing the drive-up coffee stands I was used to back home. After recently moving to the area, I stumbled upon Ziggi’s Coffee on my way to the store, and I’m so glad I did.
The coffee is consistently great, and everyone there is always incredibly friendly. It finally feels like I’ve found a go-to coffee spot that reminds me of home. Ziggi’s has quickly become a favorite, and I’m excited to have a place like this so close by.“

“I placed a pickup order through DoorDash early in the morning before heading to college. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order, and I realized I had accidentally placed it at the Port Wentworth location instead. It had already been a long morning, and I was honestly ready to just accept the loss and move on.
But Grace stepped in and went above and beyond to help me get my items. Her kindness and willingness to help completely turned my morning around. She was truly the best, and I’m so grateful for her great customer service. Thank you, Grace!“

“It is a nice small club. It is a great place to chill before the flight. I have been there several times and it is never too busy. There is always plenty of coffee and snacks. It is close to gates 11 and 12 and luckily I always depart from those gates.
I fly in the mornings and it is always nice to get squared away with all the amenities they offer, bathroom items such as mouthwash are always appreciated.
The staff is always courteous.“

“Myself and 2 of my kids have Celiac and Donut Shop is able to accommodate for us and she has made us donuts twice now and they are seriously the BEST! Thank you so much for choosing to accommodate! As far as their other donuts— oh my— the rest of my kids absolutely love them too!! Overall the BEST donuts ever!“
