“Great place to get subs. The only things ive noticed lately is the fact they have one person working and never seem to have enough help when they are slammed. I would think management due to sales would be able to tell the nights they may need extra help. I mean when you have customers waiting in line and orders coming in on line as well as for door dash and one person is trying so hard to do all that business as well as taking mean phone calls from frustrated customers and still keeping their cool. Maybe a raise wouldn't hurt for those employees really working themselves to the bone to make sure the store definitely gets their profit. I like coming here to this location because I live in brooklet but honestly seeing this situation play out at least a hand full of times is really frustrating 🙃 I hate it for your employees and for the customers you make wait because yall cant just bring in additional help for a few hours those nights.“

“Holy smokes I was not expecting this place to be so good!!! The #2 is amazing and it’s loaded with fresh ingredients!! The garlic yogurt sauce is so so so good!!! This will be a new lunch spot for sure!!“

“I went through the Drive through order Salmon dinner and the bake potato I got I would be ashamed to serve to any customer. If I could post a picture I would, it looked like it was there for days. The potatoe was dark inside. You do not serve your customer food like this.“

“Today was my first ever visit to a Jersey Mike’s. I came in after seeing the “sub in a tub” advertised on social media.

First… the service was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted multiple times when I came in. Everyone had a smile and was genuinely very helpful in helping me understand the menu. While my order was being made I was asked multiple times if I wanted anything else on it. Then “chips and a drink?” Absolutely!

Every staff member was so incredibly polite and welcoming, and the food was fantastic as well. In terms of sub eateries, Jersey Mike’s (the Statesboro location specifically) far outweighs Subway or Firehouse.

“Hidden Breakfast Gem!
I have driven by this DQ for over a year and always wondered why I would see so many vehicles pulling in for breakfast. I never knew they did breakfast🤷‍♂️. I'm glad I do now!
FOOD: The Country Platter is the way to for me... 2 eggs (your way), grits (with/without cheese) or hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, and 2 buttery biscuits. All under $8! I usually have to add butter, salt, and pepper to my grits no matter where I go. Not here! They're perfect (for my taste)!
CUSTOM SERVICE: I usually have the same lady at the drive-thru window (0615ish). She's always so nice and welcoming. One morning, a couple's vehicle had stalled in the drive-thru lane. The woman at the window gave me a weird look as I came in at an odd angle to the window and I explained to her that there was a stalled vehicle in the lane. Without hesitation, she instructed a male employee to go see if they could help them. Four guys immediately went out with tools and such to see what they could do. Props to the early morning crew!“

“Panda Express is a quick, inexpensive option for Chinese food. But the staff “assumes” your order and charges you extra. I checked my receipt and the cashier looked surprised when i asked for my money back. Consider adding a tip jar if that’s why you are charging people extra.“

“Great food! My personal favorites are the spicey chicken, mashed potatoes with their utterly delicious gravy (can't get enough of that!) and the delectable, hot apple pie! You can't beat Popeyes for flavor and down-home goodness!“

“I am a regular here at this zaxby's location and it is very poorly ran. I always online order and end up having to wait anywhere from 10-45 mins extra on top of what my wait time is estimated to be. Many times, I will not even know when my order is ready because they don't call your name or put it on the display rack, so there is just a slough of bagged up orders with 10 customers crowded around the counter, waiting on their food. The customer service is poor, and the tables are always dirty. When I worked in fast food as a cashier, part of my job was keeping the dining room clean.“

“3 employees and the one working at the register was taking a large catering order and the other two were in the back, not sure what they were doing but I was on a 30 minute lunch break and I had to use 10 minutes waiting to give my order this was at lunch time.“
