“So we were on a Lifestyle Visit in the area (coming from CA), staying at the Ritz Carlton and our real estate agent had highly recommended us to the Table at the Lake for dinner. As we parked, we quickly noticed how quaint the outdoor seating and lighting was....It was just so welcoming and beautiful! We entered into the restaurant which quickly felt like we were in Europe with the exquisite decor and hospitality. We met both of the owners, Jon and Jeff as we entered the restaurant and they both appreciated and were gracious that the local real estate agent had recommended us trying their new restaurant. They were super warm and friendly and accommodating even though we did not have reservations and they were quite busy. My husband and I were promptly seated in their outdoor patio with the incredible, cozy ambiance of beautifully decorated accents and decor. Our waiter, Johnny was beyond welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable about all of the menu items. All of his recommendations were spot on and we literally ordered exactly what he recommended based on our desires. Johnny was amazing with his impeccable service and attention to detail. It was truly such an intimate experience with their Southern hospitality. Plus the owners both stopped by our table to check in and chat with us during our dinner. We absolutely loved the personal touch that we felt while dining at the Table at the Lake! When we visit Lake Oconee again and maybe purchase our next home, we will definitely dine again at this incredible gem of a restaurant! Such a treat in so many ways! We highly recommend this place!!”

“For a wonderful, upscale dining experience, The Dining Room is not to be missed. My husband and I went for an evening out and chose the 5 course dinner with the suggested wine course accompaniment. It was phenomenal.
Each plate was expertly prepared and explained tableside along with the wine as to where it was from, expected notes and why it pairs well with the dish. Talk about spot on. A lot of thought went into the dishes and pairings.
The service was impeccable as was the food. So if you're looking for an enjoyable evening out, I would strongly suggest you give this place a try.”

“We visited Oconee Coffee Roasters yesterday while in Madison, Ga., one of our most favorite day trips from Atlanta. This time though, we discovered the greatest authentic coffee shop right there in Madison. And my husband grew up on a coffee farm in Kenya, so he knows and recognizes great coffee ! We had the Oconee Blend in a cappuccino. The owner told us we would be pleased, and that was an understatement ! The Oconee Blend is truly outstanding. It has a pure, gentle, exciting taste, even better than our usual Illy Classico. “Wonderful customer service and the food is amazing! Kent & Jenny are the nicest people, so warm & friendly. Food comes out so fast too, so if you’re in a rush at lunchtime you can get in & out in 30 minutes. Convenient location & plenty of parking. Prices are very reasonable & they give you plenty. One of our favorites at the lake !!”

“We just went to Lamai Ban Thai and while it was great before it is MAGNIFICENT now. Everything we ate was so delicious and the ingredients fresh. They recently got new owners who obviously are passionate about great and authentic Thai food. We definitely wish them best of luck and look forward to going back very soon”

“Nice clean restaurant. Busy in drive thru, indoors was about 35-40% filled with people eating too. Quick service, pleasant cashier and polite as well. Food was fresh, hot, all on point. Double line in drive thru was constant my whole meal inside. Great kids area here as well. Restroom was clean and no funky smells either.”

“Best wings I have had in the Greensboro area. I won't rate the sandwich because it was cold by the time I got home. (my fault, not theirs). Food was prepared and available on time. Service was prompt and friendly. Though I didn't try it here, they have Smithwick's Beer, the only place I have seen it available in this area. I will go back....soon.”

“Tons of delicious flavors to choose from! We tried the snickers, brownie, and chocolate peanut butter ice cream flavors. They have some very unique cone flavors that I’ve never heard of before. Inside the store is also a small toys section and candy selection, along with a display case of chocolate dipped cookies. They’ve got everything for your sweet tooth!”

“Went there to pick up paper towels while on vacation. I just so happened to have an ingrown toenail so I asked the lady cashing me out if they advised anything. She asked the pharmacist who not only recommended local places I can go, but gave me a card telling me if I get there soon she will get it filled right away for me. What an awesome experience. Can’t say enough nice things about ALL the employees there. Will be back next vacation! Awesome, awesome, awesome!”
