“They were out of every bread but herb and cheese. The staff was preoccupied with talking to their friends or "other" people behind the counter not wearing uniforms. The atmosphere felt like we were a burden to them, uninviting and cold. My son got the chicken bacon Swiss and got food poisoning. The meatballs were cold (not even hot enough to melt the cheese), out of roast beef, but the cookies were good.“

Mr. Jeremiah had a friendly smile and engaged with our crew. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and he lifter our spirits. We got back on the road on much better spirits. Thank you Mr. Jeremiah!!!“

“Just went through the drive-through had a blizzard & it was like I thought it was going to taste great!..I don't really care for dairy queen food except for the ice cream & their blizzards. Went through the drive-through & it was pretty quick with a lot of cars on a Friday evening & went very well friendly employees &.all from the drive-through. Did not go inside.“

“On a road trip and craving some good fast food! WB did not disappoint! Burgers, chicken and fries were cooked properly and delicious! Our shakes were made well and the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable about making the meals and swapping shakes for drinks (vs. paying more for both, if not needed). We were appreciative of this. We will stop here again!“

“Service was amazing! Older generation working, and you can see a HUGE difference in service from places that employ only young folk. They were respectful and civil, and the food was delicious. I would rather have older people serving me as a retirement gig than a young person who is disrespectful and has no pride in their work/ food. The place was very clean and well stocked.“

“If all the fast food places I've decided I can justify eating at, I've been very happy with this Arby's and the one in Hartwell. They are usually clean and have good customer service. This is a relatively new Arby's. The food has been good overall. The fries especially. Seating is cozy and you can still have a private conversation. The soda fountain is still stocked with choices. Maybe pay a little more attention to keeping the tables cleaned between sittings and ask the young man (Kaeden) at the register to smile and greet customers with a cheerful demeanor.“

“I buy the FRISCO BREAKFAST meal frequently, but here lately the sourdough bread is not GRILLED like a grilled cheese. It is PLAIN RAW BREAD HORRIBLE. Of course you never find that out until you have left the window. I would strongly suggest you TRAIN the cook on how to make the products you sell. :(“

“Nice restaurant and great location near the highway as well. It has to order kiosks as well. Quite a few seats. The employee said welcome and they could help me if needed. I just used the kiosk. Restroom was clean as well as the dining area.“

“The actual store was clean and the manager was knowledgeable and personable. Pizza was tasty and hot. I was there a few months ago and left because of the lack of cleanliness. Today was a different story as it was Clean. Next update should be the physical store. Addie , the manager, deserves a shout out. She tried very hard and delivered a good product.“

“Truthfully about a year ago, the food and service wasn’t worth anything. I stopped eating here. But, after about the summer time of 2022 everything picked up! The food is always hot, fresh, & amazing, the staff has great customer service!! I love it!! I eat here AT LEAST 2-3 times a week!! I eat here so much now the staff usually can tell my voice and know what my order is (I get the same thing) lol .“

“After we dropped my oldest Son Justin Taylor off at the Citgo in Canon Georgia Todd Cox and I went to the drive thru at Wendy's in Royston Georgia and then came back here where we currently live at Southern Oaks in Lavonia GA room 4 We were here until time to go pick my oldest Son Justin Taylor up from work and we are usually together! Unless he is at work and I drive him to work a lot!!!! 💯❤️😘😅“

“Friendly staff and even though I used the drive-thru they did get my order exactly right. I tend to not use drive-thru at most places because something tends to be missing from your order. But everytime I've eaten at this McDonald's location they've gotten my order right everytime.“

“As far as McDonalds go this one was actually impressive. I mean you still have to wait on your food like every McDonald’s in the world now but people were nice, food was right, and it was hot. I know giving a McDonald’s a 5 star is crazy but I’m doing so on a relative curve.“

“The only thing better than the food here was the excellent service that these fine ladies gave me. They were quick, listened to my complex order, and actually got it right- which is harder than it sounds. And the GM is only 20 years old!!! But she does a damn good job. All those girls need a raise!!! I highly recommend this particular Subway!“

“Trinity is awesome, she was solo when I got there. But, she remained in control and took my order. She was so nice and the food was delicious. I hope you recognize her for being outstanding. Fellow employees came in started helping her out. I think y'all had a parade in the town. Such a Blessing I was there to witness a great community as well.“
