“I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about, nobody gave me a rude or weird vibe. Not when I walked in, browsed through the store, not when I viewed their delicious menu and ordered or sat down to wait for my food to be prepared. Only thing to be aware is their menu has been updated a little, they no longer have birria BUT the steak I got was delicious. All the food ordered was delicious as a matter of fact and its good quality. Everyone's experience can be different but you need to be patient this isn't Taco Bell or Applebee's that doesn't mean they are being rude.”

“I keep coming back here, and it’s because the food is just that good. Their burger menu is one of the most creative I’ve seen. They’ve got a Jalapeño Popper Burger, a Thousand Island Burger (the one I had last night), a Mozzarella Burger, and even something called the Presley Firecracker Burger I’m looking forward to trying. These aren’t your typical “lettuce, tomato, pickle” burgers — they’re big, unique, and full of flavor.

My Thousand Island Burger last night was excellent. Honestly, it was almost too big to fit in my mouth — I ended up eating it with a fork, and that’s not a complaint. The French fries are solid too — not just filler, but good quality and thoughtful.

And I can’t forget the appetizer: fried green tomatoes. Every time I come here, I have to order them. Crispy, flavorful, and easily one of my favorite parts of the meal.

Now, it is a bar, and normally that’s not my scene since I don’t drink much. But the atmosphere last night with the football game on was great — lively, fun, but not overbearing.

“Attended my church small group meeting - we always bring food to share - I brought the sandwich 12 pack catering box. I choose 6 different sandwiches and got two of each. The Pepe (Ham, Provolone, Lettuce & Tomato) - Big John ( Roast Beef, Lettuce & Tomato)- Turkey Tom (Turkey, Lettuce & Tomato)- Vito (Salami, Capocolla, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil) - Country Club (Turkey, Ham, Provolone, lettuce & tomato) - Italian Night Club (Salami, Capocolla, Ham, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil). The sandwiches were small, but the price was very reasonable and I thought the portion of cheese and meat on most of the versions was okay - however, the roast beef was just too skimpy. On that one, all you got was bread, lettuce, tomato and a couple very small, thin slices of roast beef - not a choice I would pick again. Overall, it was a hit at our meeting, but I'll choose better on my sandwich selection next time! A couple of other notes - the online ordering process was easy and the young lady that assisted me at the store was very nice and pleasant!”

UNDERCOOKED BACON IS NOT ONLY UNAPPETIZING, IT CAN ALSO CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS FOOD POISONING, BACTERIAL INFECTIONS, AND PARASITES. ON THIS VISIT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE BACON TO BE COOKED MORE, YET THE STAFF BURNT THE BREAD UNTIL IT TASTED LIKE CHARCOAL WHILE THE BACON WAS STILL LEFT UNDERCOOKED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A HEALTH HAZARD.

THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY ARE EFFICIENT AT GETTING YOUR FOOD TO YOU QUICKLY WHEN YOU WALK IN. HOWEVER, FAST SERVICE DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR FOOD THAT IS BOTH UNSAFE AND INEDIBLE.

Update: After going back, I spoke with a supervisor. She apologized for the miscommunication and explained that my request was never passed along to the person making my sandwich. She also explained that the bacon comes pre-cooked; however, I didn’t know that because this is the first Dunkin’ I’ve been to where it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I’ve been to many different Dunkin’ locations in other states, and they always made sure the bacon was cooked properly, even though it was already pre-cooked. She handled the situation gracefully, was patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure to fix the issue. That’s the kind of service I can appreciate. 4 stars instead of 1.”
