“I've dined in here a lot, and the food and service are good. However, there has been more than one case in which the seating boots are nasty and had trash between the cracks, the windows arn't clean, utensils don't look clean, and the napkins had hair on them. Probably need to maintain the dishwasher and please watch for cleanliness. Now, no matter how good the food is, if this continues to happen, I will no longer be a recurring customer.“

“First let me say that my food was delicious and my server was wonderful—absolutely no fault or problem to be found! My husband and I visit the Ruby Tuesday, Carrollton, GA, location at least once a week on average and usually enjoy it. However, I have two complaints that have the potential to turn customers away: the inside temperature and the fact that there are no blinds in one area of the restaurant. First, the temperature: it’s OUTRAGEOUSLY COLD in the building! On Monday, 20 January at 11am, it was 59 degrees Fahrenheit and didn’t warm up any by the time my husband and I left, approximately an hour or so later. Again, on Tuesday, 21 January the temperature was 54 degrees at 11:38! This past summer, Ruby Tuesday went several weeks without proper air conditioning making dining uncomfortable for some and miserable for others. I watched as many customers literally turned around and left the restaurant. I find it difficult to understand why a popular restaurant like Ruby Tuesday can’t fix the heating and air.
On a separate issue are the window blinds, or lack thereof. When sitting in the bar area of the restaurant in booths adjacent to the windows, one cannot modify the amount of sunlight streaming through the window—oftentimes it’s blinding. I’ve seen customers put on their sunglasses or ask to move to another table. And when the outside weather is warmer, it’s almost or is impossible to sit in a booth as it’s too hot. If one sits at a table in the area, the reflection from parked cars into the restaurant is unbearable. The server literally must stand with his/her back to the parking lot to properly see patrons’ faces! Surely, Ruby Tuesday can invest in proper blinds or adjustable shades.
Again, the food is delicious, and the wait staff is great—Ruby Tuesday has the best salad bar to be sure. But I do hope that Corporate and Management will take corrective action to fix the heat and blind situation.“

“Its genuinely crazy how little people were here, there should be so much more. The food was great, and the service was just as good if not better. This place should be busier and the price is somehow the same price it was years ago. I got a burger and fries for less than $5, this alone should be enough for you to atleast support it. The two servers here deserve some type of recognition. The only reason its $10-20 and not less is because I got a milkshake as well.“

“Captain D's will definitely fill ya up. Though it's a little expensive these days and makes you question if its worth it, it definitely hits the spot and is pretty consistent in quality and service. Only thing I'd say is a con is the fish tends to have too much of a fishy taste to it, but otherwise recommend, and good variety to boot.“
