Starbucks in Carrollton

“I had previous experiences that were a bit of a flop on other Starbucks establishments. However this one did not disappoint me the most. I stopped by for something sweet so I swung in a caramel frappé. The frappé tasted really delicious and it was something I'll go back for a quick bite. The service is amazing and the employees were very kind to give me a straw after a customer I was about to walk out without a straw in my hand. The credit goes to the employees and especially the one customer who helped out fixing the problem. You don't see that happening nowadays. The bathroom was also very clean and the atmosphere was really great too! Overall the best experience and I'll come back to this location.“

“FANtastics baristas at this location! They were super nice and helpful. They were out of several things, but the baristas offered to do a pour over instead to make sure I was a happy customer. The location is convenient in Kroger and even has its own side door to get in and out of it. Very pleased with the level of service the baristas gave us here ????“

“Good service, and it's at a very convenient location. It seems like some of the drinks are made with deviations from the drink menu- the chai latte in particular always lacks flavor, like it's watered down. This is the only location where I've experienced this.“
