Appalachian Grill Reviews
To Jeremy Towe, you should not give a bad rating for a restaurant based on the ongoing economic crisis that all small businesses owners are affected by. 90% of restaurants are having to cut corners due to rising food costs, lack of employee, etc. there was a reason you kept going there, which is probably the taste. My good friend, the renowned Bill Temple, recommended this restaurant to me as I live in another part of the state. My only regret is that it is too far away from me for it to be a regular part part of my diet. You can bet I would eat there early and often if I was a local patron. The food, service and atmosphere was second to none!
Great food, great service, great prices

Appalachian Grill is a popular restaurant in Cartersville that offers a delightful dining experience. The menu features a variety of delectable options, including the Mushroom appetizer, Salad, prime rib, and blackened sword fish with seafood sauce. Customers praise the excellent service, with staff working together to ensure a smooth experience, even on busy nights. While the beer selection could be more diverse, the restaurant is known for its commitment to local ingredients and the desire to encourage customers to try new dishes. Many diners find the prime rib with French fries to be well worth the money, often accompanied by a large house salad, au jus, and creamy horseradish sauce. The food is generally delicious, and serving sizes are reasonable. Service is highly praised, with staff doing a great job even during large parties. Appalachian Grill is a great date spot and a must-try for those in the area, with many expressing their intention to return with friends.
The restaurant is known for its great staff and welcoming southern charm. Customers have enjoyed the crabcakes, catfish, Brussels sprouts, and collard greens. The atmosphere is described as dim and mood-setting, with a lively energy. The side salad and grilled, seasoned zucchini have also been praised. Overall, Appalachian Grill offers a memorable dining experience with delicious food and excellent service.
