We had a bad experience one night with poor service. My husband complained and the manager called him and apologized,then offered a free meal. So when we were in the area he let her know we were coming and she came in on her day off the make sure everything was good. Which I consider to be going above and beyond what was required!
I absolutely loved the veggie Omelette the restaurant manager specifically made for me. She made sure herself to go clean the grill so no cross contamination happened so I could have a nice breakfast at Country Pride this morning.I was so happy and thankful she could accommodate my gluten allergy and made it happen.My server was Stephanie with a touch of sass from her but I loved it. Had a issue on a previous visit, but the Manger reached out and came up here on her day off and fixed everything. Very happy and impressed with the service and food we received. She definitely needs to get a raise!! Will definitely return
