“Really great Chinese breakfast made fresh to order. I loved the crispy garlic chive pie dripping with bright green chive oil, the lamb viscera soup, and the danbing with egg and cruller inside. Don’t let the viscera put you off of trying the lamb soup as it’s just a comforting, savory broth with soft, not chewy or gristly bits of lamb. And don’t forget to get dessert next door at Family Baking afterward!“

I got the bourbon chicken and mango chicken delicious $11.00! Great customer service from the cashier! My new go to place. The building is new and the presentation is wonderful.“

“Cannot describe in words how great the Biang Biang is. We discovered this place early on when we were living in Midtown, noticing how long the line outside was outside of GT students. Going on a day the lines had died down, we could not have been happier with the food. As I mentioned, the Biang noodles are amazing. I am also a huge fan of scallion pancakes, and the rendition they do here are fantastic. It will take a bit to get your order, but this is because every order is made-to-order. You can actually see them pulling the noodles together which is cool!“

“Another great neighborhood eatery that has been around for 25 years! Family favorites: pork dumplings, lo mein, general chey's stirfry, thai coconut soup, and the salads are actually really hardy and yummy. They have done a lot of give-back fundraisers for the neighborhood fire house and schools over the years and we really love that. We always eat here when the kids come visit from college. Friendly staff and good value for what you get.“

“I’m not sure if this place is new or if I just never noticed it in the plaza but so glad I tried it ! This place is more similar to a self-serve restaurant. Chowbus QR codes are on the tables to order and pay, water station is complimentary, and there is a counter to grab to-go containers, utensils, and napkins. The decor inside feels like I’m on a C-drama set following a cute modern couple.

Food-wise, I will definitely be coming back for the cucumber salad, chicken skewers, and malatang! The Chinese skewers taste similar to ones you’d get at a Chinese skewer spot or skewer hot pot place. The beef malatang flavor reminds me of satay flavor, especially with the peanut dipping sauce. (Not the usual malatang flavor but still very delicious) The braised beef noodles were okay for me but you get a hefty portion of the beef. (I personally prefer this type of soup paired with the Chinese pickled mustard greens, iykyk) The portions here are generous so come hungry ? I didn’t order boba here like some people did just because I wanted to try the food here and there are other boba options nearby. But overall, great place to eat on a rainy or cold day !“

“This was our first time at the restaurant, and we definitely intend to return. Our host was very pleasant and welcoming. Our server, Milan (sp?), was excellent! She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Milan knew the menu well and gave us great suggestions for ordering. The bartender made an excellent ATL mimosa that did not disappoint. The ambience of One Flew South was right on point. We enjoyed the soulful music that we could sing along with, and the decor was simple elegance. We'll be going there soon for a date night!“

“I recently returned back to Atl for a concert at State Farm Arena. I had walked past this GEM on the hunt for food and decided to circle back after viewing the menu online. I am extremely glad I did! The food was absolutely fantastic! The customer service exceeded my expectations. The owner himself came out to make sure I didn’t need anything else and the food is to my liking. To top it off I was there to see Fantasia and in conversation I had mentioned that to the owner and to my surprise he started playing her music. I was floored. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience and food that burst with flavor! I hope to return soon! Give them a try you will be NOT be disappointed! “This was my first time dining at a Tin Drum Asian Kitchen and it was a solid choice!

Parking: Located in a shopping plaza, had no issue finding parking right in front of the restaurant.

Service: you order at the counter. They had an extensive menu offered in a booklet style at the counter which was unique and they had a separate book for their many Boba tea offerings.

Food: I got some sort of noodles, maybe Singapore noodles? Flavor was great and the portion gave me enough for leftovers. I enjoyed it and would order it again next time!“

I called & asked if they could have the sushi boat ready for us when we arrived & when we got there it was all prepared for us. We had a delicious meal & we were able to get to the airport on time.
