“Atlanta Pizza Truck was the biggest hit at our new years eve wedding! We wanted something different than traditional wedding food and they made our wedding dinner AMAZING! Everyone is so beyond nice (shout out to Sofia!). The pizza is so delicious and everyone loved it! We had a little hiccup with the original way we were going to do our food (we had originally planned to have the blue truck but when we had really bad weather last December and some pipes issues, it caused some damage to the truck right before our date. Stupid cold weather haha!) but Sofia’s prompt response and problem solving was great and they made everything work out beautifully and perfectly as if nothing had happened :)! Absolutely will be using them again at my future events!“

“Catering Concepts catered Breakfast with Santa this morning at Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children's Shelter. The individual who was in charge of delivery and set up was on time and in a Catering Concepts jacket (so I knew who he was). He was professional and quick. They provided a breakfast buffet of the French toast casserole (amazing!), hash brown casserole (the best!), eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, and a beverage station. People were going back for 2nd and 3rd helpings because the food was so good. Not only do I give them 5 stars for the taste and professionalism, it is also for having a heart to serve and help their local community.“

From the moment we sent an inquiry to Proof of the Pudding, Darnell had wonderful customer service and top notch professionalism. His approach immediately gave us confidence and was one of the reasons we booked with Proof of the Pudding. Our tasting with the team was excellent, by far the best of 4 tastings we had with potential caterers.

Darnell was wonderful on our wedding day but the staff that worked with our wedding seemed to be unenthusiastic. One bartender was unfriendly and our VIP server only checked on us twice. She also seemed inconvenienced and we couldn’t find her so our wedding planner would get drinks and water for us.

The POP food quality was WONDERFUL!! We had multiple friends and family members tell us that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. To this day, we are still reminiscing on how delicious the short rib was.“

Yossi was always available to answer any question almost immediately and never made us feel like were were a bother - even with last minute, unexpected changes - he was awesome! I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

“Avalon Catering made our wedding unforgettable. From our very first planning meeting, Amanda Ahmed, our Wedding Coordinator, made everything feel easy and exciting. She listened closely, refined our ideas, and set a clear plan so the day would unfold exactly as we envisioned. On the wedding day, the Avalon team arrived at our home and went straight to work with quiet confidence and flawless coordination. Jason and I had worked our tails off for years to make the property “wedding ready,” but Avalon elevated it into something truly magical. In just a few hours, they transformed our gardens into a serene ceremony space, our pool and patios into a lively cocktail-hour setting, and the huge wedding tent at the back of our property into an elegant reception venue. They took the vision we had carried in our hearts for so long and brought it vividly to life. It all flowed together so seamlessly, it felt as though the property had always been destined for this celebration. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Cocktail hour set the tone with butler-passed bites: Chesapeake jumbo lump crab cakes with remoulade sauce, cornbread croutons topped with pimento cheese and celery salsa (my personal favorite), and empanadas filled with chile beef and sweet potato. Each bite was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and a huge hit with our guests. The buffet dinner was equally outstanding, with an array of choices that delighted every palate. Chefs Will and Michelle deserve special recognition for their outstanding leadership in the kitchens, ensuring every course was executed with precision and artistry.
