“Atlanta Pizza Truck was the biggest hit at our new years eve wedding! We wanted something different than traditional wedding food and they made our wedding dinner AMAZING! Everyone is so beyond nice (shout out to Sofia!). The pizza is so delicious and everyone loved it! We had a little hiccup with the original way we were going to do our food (we had originally planned to have the blue truck but when we had really bad weather last December and some pipes issues, it caused some damage to the truck right before our date. Stupid cold weather haha!) but Sofia’s prompt response and problem solving was great and they made everything work out beautifully and perfectly as if nothing had happened :)! Absolutely will be using them again at my future events!“

“Truly a DIVINE experience with this crew! They catered a wedding for my daughter and it was over the top. We requested a Cajun menu and were served Cajun Chicken Alfredo and Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee. There were 120 people here and everyone agreed that it was fantastic. There was the perfect amount of seasonings (not bland!) and it was just the right temperature. The serving crew couldn’t have been nicer. They even stayed a few minutes to dance with us. If you ever need an event catered, Divine Visions should be at the top of your list. Thank you Chef Dunn, Wanda and all of the crew. It was perfect ❤️“

“First time trying Sugar Shane’s and I’m not gonna lie… these cookies HIT.
Soft, fresh, and you can tell they’re made right—perfect texture with that slight crisp on the outside and real flavor inside. The cream-filled one was next level. Not too sweet, just balanced.
The spot itself is lowkey but once you find it, it’s definitely worth it. Feels like one of those hidden gems you end up coming back to.
If you’re in the area and want something different from the usual desserts, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Catering Concepts catered Breakfast with Santa this morning at Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children's Shelter. The individual who was in charge of delivery and set up was on time and in a Catering Concepts jacket (so I knew who he was). He was professional and quick. They provided a breakfast buffet of the French toast casserole (amazing!), hash brown casserole (the best!), eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, and a beverage station. People were going back for 2nd and 3rd helpings because the food was so good. Not only do I give them 5 stars for the taste and professionalism, it is also for having a heart to serve and help their local community.“

“I want to tell everyone about Step by Step. We attended my husband's Cousin Wedding last Friday evening and it was beautiful as was expected. What I did not expect was how Amazing the Catering would be. The staff was very friendly yet professional and they worked and moved so graceful. I saw carrot soufflé on the menu and took a small scoop but quickly sent my husband back for seconds. The Kahlua whipped cream for the fresh fruit was amazing! and during cocktail hour the smoked salmon mousse was to die for. The staff served and cleaned and were never in the way but always present. My only regret is not living in GA to order on a regular, but I will have to figure out how to get them to the west coast. Job well done Step by Step everything was perfect from start to finish.“

The food was fabulous too - we had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever eaten. It was priced right and so delicious. We know we raved about Steve and his food as well as his staff, but I'm not sure if we said enough. “Avalon Catering made our wedding unforgettable. From our very first planning meeting, Amanda Ahmed, our Wedding Coordinator, made everything feel easy and exciting. She listened closely, refined our ideas, and set a clear plan so the day would unfold exactly as we envisioned. On the wedding day, the Avalon team arrived at our home and went straight to work with quiet confidence and flawless coordination. Jason and I had worked our tails off for years to make the property “wedding ready,” but Avalon elevated it into something truly magical. In just a few hours, they transformed our gardens into a serene ceremony space, our pool and patios into a lively cocktail-hour setting, and the huge wedding tent at the back of our property into an elegant reception venue. They took the vision we had carried in our hearts for so long and brought it vividly to life. It all flowed together so seamlessly, it felt as though the property had always been destined for this celebration. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Cocktail hour set the tone with butler-passed bites: Chesapeake jumbo lump crab cakes with remoulade sauce, cornbread croutons topped with pimento cheese and celery salsa (my personal favorite), and empanadas filled with chile beef and sweet potato. Each bite was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and a huge hit with our guests. The buffet dinner was equally outstanding, with an array of choices that delighted every palate. Among the many offerings were Texas-style BBQ beef brisket with a trio of sauces served alongside southern buttermilk and aged cheddar biscuits; fennel-rosemary rubbed chicken breast with salsa verde; fig tarts with feta and pumpkin seeds; and roasted turmeric carrots. Every dish was as flavorful as it was beautiful, with portions that felt generous yet refined. Dessert was the sweetest ending imaginable — a classic 2-tier Italian Cream Wedding Cake with Italian meringue buttercream and raspberry filling, paired with jumbo chocolate-covered strawberries. It was every bit as gorgeous as it was delicious, and the perfect finale to a flawless meal. Chefs Will and Michelle deserve special recognition for their outstanding leadership in the kitchens, ensuring every course was executed with precision and artistry. Their creativity and care were evident in every detail, and our guests are still talking about the food. The service was just as impressive. Leanne, our Event Captain, led the team with calm professionalism and warmth, making sure every detail was handled seamlessly. Under her guidance, the staff anticipated needs before anyone had to ask, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. From the bartenders to the servers to the kitchen crew, every single member of Avalon’s team brought professionalism and heart to the night. I especially want to thank our bartenders Hein and Jackson, and our servers Catherine, Kathy, Spring, and Kristen, whose kindness and care made our guests feel so welcome. “I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

“The Best Restaurant You’ve Never Heard of… Whether you like exploring new cuisine, experiencing other cultural flavors, or just eating darn good food, you must try Ruchi Bangladeshi Cuisine, in Chamblee. I know, you’re thinking, “Really? Bangladeshi food?” I thought the same thing. Then I went to Ruchi and it was life changing. Some of the most amazing flavors I’ve ever had! And the service is outstanding. The wonderful folks at Ruchi truly care about your experience and will help you navigate the menu, making suggestions based on your preferences, including dietary needs! (my wife has Celiac, and they have many gluten free dishes, and others they have modified for us.) There is something for everyone, except perhaps the pickiest. Our kids love it! And everyone has their favorite dishes. Below are some of our favorites. Do yourself a flavor. Try something new and head to Ruchi!
