Enjoyed them at an outdoor table and it was perfection. The staff was very kind, and the chicken salad sandwich I bought for later was very tasty as well. Highly recommend.“

“I heard about The Black Coffee Company from someone this morning because they knew I was looking for a space to do some work with good coffee. I immediately drove over and when I tell you Crystal made me the Killer Mike and she made it a little sweet for me and Brianna topped my taste buds off with the avocado toast with everything on it. Mokaport has some of the best customer service for a coffee shop. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide recommendations regarding the menu offerings. You are actually provided a sample of your coffee/tea item before it is finalized. My go-to drink is the Dirty Adani (Sweet Yemini Chai with a shot of coffee) with brown sugar and oat milk. Pro tip: save your receipt via text, which makes it easier to duplicate your beverage order once you have found the perfect drink. I visit this coffee shop every time I am in the area, as the coffees, teas, and service are impeccable. I am looking forward to trying the smoothies, cheesecake, and some of the savory food products like the beef patty and cheese pastry.“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

“I love Green Beans. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to get to know their customers. From the coffee and chai to the pastries and specials, everything is consistently delicious.

They have a walk-up window that’s perfect if you’re out with your dog — and they even keep dog treats on hand, which my pup now expects on our morning walks. They’re also great with kids and always happy to help our 6-year-old find something new to try.

It’s a wonderful place to grab something to go, sit outside and people-watch, catch up with a friend, or get a few hours of work done. During the day it’s full of remote workers without feeling crowded — just the right amount of energy.

Now the service — the young lady at the counter was so kind and patient while I stood there having a full internal debate about what to order 😂. No rushing, no attitude… just good energy, which matters more than people realize.

And then… the sandwich.

Listen. This was not a “cute little sandwich.” This was a commitment. Fresh bread, perfectly toasted, layered meats, tangy mustard, and those pickles coming through like they had something to prove. Every bite hit. No dry spots, no bland moments just flavor all the way through.

Paired it with Zapp’s salt & vinegar chips (which had that bold crunch I needed) and a sparkling grapefruit peach drink that balanced everything out perfectly.

The whole place just feels creative and intentional from the chalkboard menus to the music to the food.

Final verdict: Haven Bodega is a whole experience, not just a quick bite.

And yeah… I’ll definitely be back. Next time I might branch out… but let’s be honest, I’m probably getting that same sandwich again 😏“
