“They didn’t have everything on the menu. The food was well prepared and not too salty. I didn’t taste any coconut in the rice and peas even though this was a Trinidadian place. The food was still surprisingly good. They also have southern style foods on the menu making this place a sort of fusion place. But it is in an economically depressed area and sadly the place reflects the neighborhood it serves. They could be so much more with a little more attention to detail. I was very satisfied either way the food, but equally disappointed with the lack of menu items and ghetto accommodations.“

“Not all Jamaican restaurants are created equal. I ordered 2 spicy beef patties and a lrg Jerk Chiken dinner.

The patties were crunchy and spicy exactly the way I like it.

The jerk chicken was exceptional. Best I've had in a whole. I will go out of my way to visit again.“

“Two store clerks saved me from getting nasty convenience store food. Pointed me to the this food truck. The couple that was running the truck made me feel like I was family. Super nice people. I ordered brown strew chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage on one plate and Curry chicken, rice and peas, and yams. When I say that me and my guy loooooved this food!!! I had to come to Google to see if I could look this place up. A must try!!!“

“Let me first start by saying this is the best Jamaican food. I’ve eaten in a long time. I’ve been searching high and low in Atlanta for a good home. Cook ,clean,good vibe ,restaurant. Cutters Restaurant in Riverdale is top notch the Red snapperEstovish Isimply wonderful yams, delicious cabbage the best I’ve eaten ,cornbread so good
I can go on and on they cook with Love. I just found them two weeks ago and I’ve been there four times already and referred my son. He loves it as well. Can’t go wrong with cutter this Jamaican restaurant in

“We were visiting from Florida. Loved the music it was definitely on point! Kept us singing dancing 💃🏽 🎶 The food was flavourful and great menu. Cocktails were great. I had the rum punch and I was pleasantly surprised. As my daddy's Rum Punch is always my top pick 😋 I will most definitely be returning.“

“Ok so I’ve been craving some good oxtails since I moved here to Georgia from Texas!
I’ve been to a few spots and they have all let me down. Someone recommended this spot and brought me 30 minutes just to get them. I caught them right when they were about to close, but they still welcome to me in. I was not able to see the rest of the food, but I trusted, the smell when I walked in so I still decided to order. I have the oxtails with cabbage , rice and plantain.
The cabbbage was amazing as well!
I definitely don’t like everyone’s cabbage but……
they show love the oxtails were amazing all the way around I love Yal gave me the meaty ones. I don’t like spicy and I like the fact that they weren’t. I asked for extra gravy for my rice and of course they showed love with that as well. This was a great experience, even though I didn’t get to sit down, but I’m definitely glad I caught them before they closed. All I can say is if they have a line they are definitely worth the wait and I will be returning customer.

“I love a good "Mom and Pop" restaurant and this one is one of my favorites. The oxtail, the jerk chicken, the stew chicken, the curry chicken..... I enjoy it all. I've been going here for over a decade and I definitely plan to continue.“

“When the food is so good you have to call them to say thank you for making your soul happy!! And I ordered my food through Uber eats. I ordered the simple griot(fried pork) plate that comes with the fried pork and plantains only. When the driver handed me my food it felt light and I was like ok. When I opened the container I could not believe the presentation with the meat and fresh fried plantains. The smell of the food brought back memories of home. Now let’s talk about the taste. When I say someone knows what they’re are doing in the kitchen. Definitely a lifetime customer.
