“ALWAYS Courteous and friendly
Parking: When busy the drive thru parking is too close
Wheelchair accessibility: I've only seen the wheelchair ramp at the entrancr/exit and wheelchair ♿️ parking is close to the front door“
“My daughter and I have loved going to this location for years now! The baristas are always welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We never have to wait long for our orders, and the orders are always top notch. The seating area and restrooms are clean as a whistle, and the music is present without being too loud. Many thanks for the hospitality and delicious drinks and food!“
“I'm confused by these reviews that say the employees were rude. I've been coming to this location since it opened and have never been spoken to in a rude way or tone. Fantastic drinks and service all around. The parking lot is a bit small but they make it work.“
“Be aware! This is NOT a Starbucks. You cannot use your Starbucks rewards or gift cards, etc. This is a Barnes & Noble Cafe that serves Starbucks coffee/tea. Everything was good, and they have more options for food/sweets than a Starbucks.“
“We stopped here for a coffee break as we drove to Atlanta. It’s on a small retail park so plenty of free parking. The drive thru was very busy during our time there and apparently that’s usual. I always find it better to sit in these places anyway to stretch legs, get out the car and access the Starbucks free WiFi. The coffee was the usual fare (so it was good) and the staff were friendly enough.“
“We stopped by on 1/11/25 to redeem our Christmas gift cards. We ordered a pumpkin loaf, caramel frappe, Iced green tea latte with two pumps vanilla and Iced Dubai chocolate green tea latte (basically the foam is chocolate) LOL! We got the boys their cake pops as well. This place gets busy. We had comfortable seating thankfully. Employees are always happy to serve with a smile. 😃“
“A great cup of coffee. I like the Tesla chargers in the parking lot, that’s convenient. The new menu restyle isn’t my favorite. It does not disclose the name of the sizes nor the prices. It’s annoying. I know that is a corporate decision and no fault locally.“
