I ordered food for my family this evening. Upon arriving home, 14 minutes from the store, I found that we had not been given any dipping sauces nor our large veggie sticks.
When I called the store I was told I could bring back all the food and they would remake everything and give us our missing items.
I was already home. 14 minutes away. Remake hot food for missing dips and veggie sticks? This literally makes no sense.

I ordered food from the Wingstop app. The driver delivered the wrong order to my home. I called the store and the manager suggested I call DoorDash. I informed her that I purchase and did my transaction through the Wingstop app. The manager said that Wingstop contracts drivers through DoorDash and to receive a refund or a reorder of my meal I would have to speak with them.
