McDonald's in Covington

“The meal was delicious and super fast! I really wish the burger meat itself was a little more fresh off the grill. I like the flavor over when it has been sitting for a while. I made an online order for the wrong location and the cashier had nothing to say other than your order isn't here. A little instruction about how to resolve this would have been helpful. The fries weren't as hot as I like them.. I almost went back through the line. Like a steak, they ought to ask you at the window to check your order and ensure its satisfactory. Just my opinion.“

“Not a McDonald's fan, but my toddlers eat it. They prefer the fries. Not the Nuggets so much. Service was pretty fast. Food was very hot. No complaints. Didn't eat in, went through the drive-thru. I had a fish fillet and fries and my husband had a burger and fries. It was hot and good.“

“I got a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. While the cashier looked like he wanted to be anywhere else, he was polite. The food came out quickly, and the burger was juicy. I had to wait a couple of minutes because it was so hot I burnt my finger the first time I touched it. The fries were hot and crunchy. The atmosphere was nice, as I like it when it's quiet. Overall, a 4/5 stars.“

“Customer service was good. Now it might had been the non messiest Big Mac I've ever ate. Not sure if I will get it again. I couldn't taste the sauce until last couple bites. Which made the burger really dry. Other than that food was good.“
