“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Truly. I was an hour+ from home, traveling to the best dentist I could find for my little boy, and this Starbucks was right across the road. My little dude had a big day, and the dentist recommended soft, cold foods for a few hours after the appointment; a milkshake, perhaps. Only the best for my babe, so, off to Starbucks for a crème frapp! They greeted me super cheerfully at the drive thru screen, and I said we needed an extra special, super cool, frilled out to the max “milkshake” for a brave dude who had a big dental appointment this morning. I even let him come and sit up front, only while we ordered and pulled around, so he could order it himself. I know this is long winded, but it is needed for context, because not only did we get the most gorgeous crème frapp, but multiple people came to the window to greet him and ask how he’s feeling and tell him how brave he was and what a cool milkshake he ordered. There wasn’t much of a line, so they took just a few extra seconds to really acknowledge him and make him feel special. A couple of baristas peeked over and waved while they made drinks, one lady and two guys took turns coming to the window to chat with him while the rest of our order came... It really meant the world to me, because he had stars in his eyes and the biggest smile on his face. You guys have some really good baristas. Thank you for making a little 6 year old’s day better❤️“

“I have had mochi doughnuts before but not from this location. It was located very centrally in the Collection at Forsyth, right at the front of the outlet mall. They took our order very quickly and we got our doughnuts. We got the churro, strawberry and butter cookie flavors. Everything was very fresh. I love mochi doughnuts because they are lighter than the typical doughnut but still pack the flavor. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricey- it’s around $3 per doughnut or $17 for a half dozen. Overall it was a good experience and I would come back here!“

“I am sitting in the Dunkin' today with my kid, having a donut before school. It's busy right now, and the manager just took the time to thank his staff for working hard and managing despite being short-staffed today. More managers should be like this!“

“This is a gem! It's in the side of the church activity center. It's soo cute inside and very comfortable. It looks like a log cabin. The food was great and the prices were great as well! Service was wonderful and personal. Nothing religious, it's just a coffee and food shop and it was so fun to be there. I wish it was closer, but we will go back when we are in the area again!“

“Drive thru experience was horrible. Wanted $6 meal deal but wouldnt let me substitute sausage for bacon. Then decided to order 3 vanilla filled doughnuts. Give me my order and say sorry we only had 2 of those doughnuts. Would you like to substitute another doughnut. How about here is your money back and the two doughnuts are on us since we dont have anyone competent enough to work the window for $10-15/hour.“

I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! Thank you to the ownership and management of this location and I will be a customer here for a very long time!“
