I have never been greeted so warmly and welcoming, casual, and yet still professional, anywhere like this in my life. After getting off a 6-8 hour shift, going to a place like this that still energy and enthusiasm for their job after 5pm was truly refreshing. I felt like I mattered to them, and even though I was just being sold coffee and pastries, I left with much more than what I paid for. “I don’t typically complain or write reviews on businesses, but I specifically wanted to give the manager , Rachel, a 5 start review for
The way she handled my issues and concerns.
I’ve been ordering door dash from them for years now and every time I place the order I have to order brown sugar Boba because they do not have taro boba listed on their door dash menu but it is indeed something they carry. It’s usually a whole thing when I have to order because I have to order under brown Boba and put in the note that it’s meant to be Toro and then I have to look up their number and call them to catch them before they make it to let them know that it’s supposed to be Taro. This time when I went to look their number up to call them I clicked on their Google site and they have no phone number listed at All so I had to call the. Johns Creek location to get their phone number and called them right away just to be told that they already made the brown sugar Boba and there was nothing they could do. You could understand how frustrating this was for me Considering this was an $80 order. I asked to speak with the manager and that’s when Rachel got on the phone and handled everything for me. She was super polite, patient and professional.
I have brought this to their attention numerous times that the specific item is still not updated on their DoorDash menu and they have insured me that they would be updating this but every time I order it’s never updated, which is not what I have the issue with that’s why I didn’t mind going through the extra steps to correct the order. The issue I had was being told over the phone that they already made them and there’s nothing they can do. Thankfully they have an amazing person managing the business bc she handled it flawlessly and did mention that she has told the co owner about these concerns in the past with no update so I place no blame on her. Thank you Rachel for all your help and being awesome!“

“I like caribou coffee. This one is pretty new and clean. The added chairs near the fireplace are nice. Food was meh but it's just reheated so it's good for what you get. It is a bit on the pricey side as far as coffee shops go though but the cold brew is worth it.“

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Truly. I was an hour+ from home, traveling to the best dentist I could find for my little boy, and this Starbucks was right across the road. My little dude had a big day, and the dentist recommended soft, cold foods for a few hours after the appointment; a milkshake, perhaps. Only the best for my babe, so, off to Starbucks for a crème frapp! They greeted me super cheerfully at the drive thru screen, and I said we needed an extra special, super cool, frilled out to the max “milkshake” for a brave dude who had a big dental appointment this morning. I even let him come and sit up front, only while we ordered and pulled around, so he could order it himself. I know this is long winded, but it is needed for context, because not only did we get the most gorgeous crème frapp, but multiple people came to the window to greet him and ask how he’s feeling and tell him how brave he was and what a cool milkshake he ordered. There wasn’t much of a line, so they took just a few extra seconds to really acknowledge him and make him feel special. A couple of baristas peeked over and waved while they made drinks, one lady and two guys took turns coming to the window to chat with him while the rest of our order came... It really meant the world to me, because he had stars in his eyes and the biggest smile on his face. You guys have some really good baristas. Thank you for making a little 6 year old’s day better❤️“

“This is a gem! It's in the side of the church activity center. It's soo cute inside and very comfortable. It looks like a log cabin. The food was great and the prices were great as well! Service was wonderful and personal. Nothing religious, it's just a coffee and food shop and it was so fun to be there. I wish it was closer, but we will go back when we are in the area again!“
