I’ve been going here for a long time, and have only had my order messed up once (which they fixed very quickly after I nicely talked to them about it and it was a simple mix up). “I wish I could give them 5 stars, unfortunately this morning I had a very rude staff member and my food was not good. I arrived at 11:05am. I was told the amount and paid cash and she handed me my drink. Then she asked me to back up and move closer to the window. So I did, then she handed my food to me. My food tasted stale and it was cold. My ice tea was like water had been added to it. There was no reason for her to ask me to back up and move closer to the window...none! Then she didn't give me a receipt.I had eaten there everyday that week and everyone was nice and food was great until this morning. Did I arrive too early? Did they give me yesterday's food? I'm not sure, but after one bite I didn't eat it...I didn't trust the food.“
“New thoughtful manager Cocy, runs a great team. This placed has turned around immensely. Great staff including Ricky great guy, works hard to satisfy. Great customer service. Perfect price in tough a economy for a family of four. I come here at least once a week.
