Went for lunch, food was terrible, very greasy, they didn’t get our order right, half was missing, while waiting for the rest of our order, we were told five times by various people ‘it’s on the way’ meanwhile the food we had went cold
The place was practically empty and two well dressed men were just going around chatting
I used to be a server and if we were understaffed, it was all hands on deck

My wife and I had a great dinner Friday night.
We had the ribs, Chicharrón, and guac, plus a glass of bubbles.
The service was excellent!
Santa Maria has live entertainment on Saturdays, but make a reservation. They can be very busy!
First of all, probably one of the better dining experiences in cumming ga. However, that isn’t saying much. Appetizer & main course came out at the same time. The food was good. But we were told the fish is wild caught. My salmon (from experience with salmon) was farmed raised. Not that we need a lot of food, my dish came with about a 4oz salmon, some sliced onions and sliced bell peppers & three sliced mushrooms. That to me, is like a garnish on the fish.
