“Great staff and service. I always order on the app and pick up in the drive thru when on the way to work in the mornings. Some of the staff know me by name/order so now when I pull up to the menu board to let them know I'm there I get a nice greeting that makes me smile and makes it a good start to my day“

“Yes, it is expensive but you know exactly what you’re going to get not affect simile of what you want but exactly what you want and it has a unique characteristic of being comfortable with a little energy. It may not be fashionable to like Starbucks, but I really like it“

“These ladies in the am rock it. I had an accident with the cup and coffee went everywhere in my car they helped me clean. It gave me a new cup of coffee and made my day a lot better than it would’ve been extra shout out these ladies today thank you all“

“The service was uniquely fantastic. Two young ladies (Josie and ?) and Zach went to the extreme in finding what I wanted to purchase, two reusable Starbucks cups for hot beverages. And of course they made them to the quality Starbucks standard. I was disappointed that they didn’t accept gratuity here. Perhaps because they are located inside a Target? Nice staff. And we’re happy with the cups.“

“Me and my kids are a reoccurring customer at this location. Everytime we visit this store it is always clean and well managed and the baristas are all very nice. They usually remember our drink orders as we have been here multiple times which is nice. When we come in the mornings, Alex is always very friendly and very sweet to my kids, she puts alot of whip cream on the fraps so my kids really like her. Jessie is also very sweet, shes usually working register but when she is making our drinks she always makes my drinks extra hot. The few times we’ve come at night we’ve also had kenzie who is always all smiles, she always makes an effort to get us a tray. The one time I did have a problem with one of my drinks I was informed that the girl was in training and melony was very sweet and helpful when remaking my drink for me. All in all a very friendly location.“

“I come to this Starbucks every morning before a long day of work. Alexx, Jackson, Bella, and Bri make my day every single morning. I am greeted by the biggest smiles, warmest coffee, and freshest food at 8 AM on the dot! I cannot emphasize enough how quick they are. Never once have I worried about not making it to work on time due to a delay (and I work in Alpharetta!). One of my favorite things is the amazing art work each time. As a connoisseur of the fine arts, I appreciate the work they can do with some chalk on a blackboard! If you struggle to choose where to get your morning caffeine fix, look no further than the Kroger on Freedom Parkway! Five stars is not enough!!!“
