“I’ve gone to a ton of different Starbucks. Some even more than once because it was close or on the way and I’ve had my fair share of not so great experiences but this location has never ever let me down. Always diligent and excellent service. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a coffee from this location that didn’t taste amazing! The staff is so sweet especially Jillian she’s always been amazing!“

“This is THE BEST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The staff is not just friendly, they take customer service to the next level. I look forward to visiting the store multiple times each week….and my two big dogs say their “pup cups” are the best too ??“

“I was feeling under the weather so I stopped in to get a medicine ball, I got to the window and was kindly greeted by Angel she explained she didn’t have all of the ingredients so she quickly suggested substitutions and the end drink was better than what I expected! Thank you for your excellent customer service and preparing my drink!! Well done Angel!“

“I go to this Starbucks quite often, but I was ASTOUNDED at the service I received today specifically. I was interested in trying a new drink out of my norm, and Alon steered me in just the right direction. She took my ideal taste palette of chocolate and strawberry and was able to perfectly craft JUST the drink I was craving. A strawberry pink refreshing drink with a creamy milk chocolate fluffy foam on top. And to top it all off, she recommended a jalepeno dish that made me feel like I was transported to an authentic Mexican brunch cuisine. She brought it out to me on a plate that may as well have been a silver platter. This experience was vastly different than my usual outings to this location, and it all had to do with the FIVE STAR service I received. Good job Alon for perfectly encapsulating the Starbucks vision! This makes me feel like I can look past this billion dollar company's many many ethical flaws.“

“The service was uniquely fantastic. Two young ladies (Josie and ?) and Zach went to the extreme in finding what I wanted to purchase, two reusable Starbucks cups for hot beverages. And of course they made them to the quality Starbucks standard. I was disappointed that they didn’t accept gratuity here. Perhaps because they are located inside a Target? Nice staff. And we’re happy with the cups.“

“Me and my kids are a reoccurring customer at this location. Everytime we visit this store it is always clean and well managed and the baristas are all very nice. They usually remember our drink orders as we have been here multiple times which is nice. When we come in the mornings, Alex is always very friendly and very sweet to my kids, she puts alot of whip cream on the fraps so my kids really like her. Jessie is also very sweet, shes usually working register but when she is making our drinks she always makes my drinks extra hot. The few times we’ve come at night we’ve also had kenzie who is always all smiles, she always makes an effort to get us a tray. The one time I did have a problem with one of my drinks I was informed that the girl was in training and melony was very sweet and helpful when remaking my drink for me. All in all a very friendly location.“

“I come to this Starbucks every morning before a long day of work. Alexx, Jackson, Bella, and Bri make my day every single morning. I am greeted by the biggest smiles, warmest coffee, and freshest food at 8 AM on the dot! I cannot emphasize enough how quick they are. Never once have I worried about not making it to work on time due to a delay (and I work in Alpharetta!). One of my favorite things is the amazing art work each time. As a connoisseur of the fine arts, I appreciate the work they can do with some chalk on a blackboard! If you struggle to choose where to get your morning caffeine fix, look no further than the Kroger on Freedom Parkway! Five stars is not enough!!!“
