We've been going for years now, but food seemed to be going downhill a bit lately so we were pleasantly surprised to walk in this week and changes were immediately obvious. Talked at length to the new owner about her plans for the new restaurant. Food was better than it has ever been!! “Very clean and simple layout featuring a sushi bar as you walk in and both indoor and outdoor seating.

We were greeted quickly and shown to a table immediately.

Our complete order ended up being: 2 waters, 1 cold green tea, 5 rolls, 1 Chef's Nigiri, and 2 Green Tea Ice Creams.

We were presented with miso soup to begin, along with kimchi, shredded daikon, marinated broccoli, and pickled onion.

Loved that they gave us soup spoons and chopsticks without the usual fork, knife, and spoon.

For the rolls we ordered Garlic Crunch Roll, Hide and Seek Roll, Mango Tango Roll, Volcano Roll, and Golden Tiger Roll.

Nigiri was fresh and their rice was good.

I don't know where/who they get the green tea ice cream from, but it was the perfect ending for the meal.

Have easily spent the same amount at flashier, popular sushi places and gotten lower quality, so this was a solid homerun in our book.“

“Do I even have to say much? This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants and not even all the fancy overpriced ones in downtown Atlanta can beat this one. Everything on the menu is good and I mean everything. My favorite is the lobster fried rice, bagel rolls, pad thai, pad si ew, panang curry, I could go on. I took my Vietnamese family here and mind you my mom is a great cook and my parents are strong food critics but they absolutely loved it. Unfortunately after the pandemic, they’ve been raising the prices due to inflation but everything is fresh and great portions. You won’t regret it, trust me on this one.“

“I usually go to their Duluth location, but I’ve been to this one twice now and really like it! It’s very clean, modern, and spacious inside. The menu is similar to the Duluth one, but this location seems to emphasize soups a bit more. Everything I’ve tried has been really good, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for comforting vegan Asian food in Buford!“

“Came here to eat dinner for a friend’s birthday and everything was delicious, the Yama Roll and American Dream are amazing and I will gladly get it again!

Things I loved:
Ramen was flavorful, Sushi was immaculate, Thai tea was the perfect addition to the meal

I will say, if you are not a fan of cucumber, the Naruto roll is not for you. Otherwise, everything was great especially for the price!

“Ordered my food at 10:20. Was told it would be 15-20 mins. Arrived at the restaurant 20 mins later and was told an additional 15 mins was needed. Waited almost 35 mins
to get my food. Although they were unable to complete my order(as well as others waiting) they continued to accept orders over the phone. I will admit my sushi was very good.“
