“Been here several times and keep going back because of good food and very pleasant and attentive staff. The egg rolls are obviously not standard issue frozen, they have a different flavor than most run of the mill Asian restaurants. We really like this place. The only thing they could change is the $2.50 charge for substituting noodles for the rice. However, I understand that they need to make money?“

“As you walk in the host was pleasant, great smile and articulate. Melody listen and new exactly what we were looking for. The chef was accommodating and concerned everyone received what they ordered.
The amounts of each type of food was substantial and tasty. The staff was excellent.
This place is one to return to.

“I wish more people knew that Atami has been under new management for a few years. The owner Sophie is so sweet! Alex cooked for us and did an amazing job!! It's a family own business and the best part is we don't have to drive into crazy hiram to get hibachi! Instead, we just drive down the street from cedarmill and we are there in 5 minutes!! “I had a great experience at Hibachi Express! I ordered the half teriyaki chicken and it was honestly the best food I’ve had in a while. The sauce was perfect, the chicken was well-cooked, and the rice wasn't dry at all—which can be hard to find!
The staff was also amazing. The girl who took my order was really nice and incredibly helpful while I was deciding what to get. The rest of the staff is always kind as well. If you’re in Hiram and looking for quality food and great service, I highly recommend stopping by!“
