“My coworker ordered 5 drinks and 2 food items for pick-up. She thought she ordered it for this location but she actually ordered it for the location by Stars and Strikes. However when I got to this location to pick up the order, they informed me they didn't have the order but would honor it anyway. FLETCHER made our entire order with no complaints, just understanding, and super quick! They were the sweetest in helping us out when we made the mistake.“
“i went around 12 today and everyone was so nice! we went though the drive through and my girlfriend went back inside to ask for some of the pumpkin spice seasoning on her drink (we forgot to order it) and she took the lid off and they happily put it on for her. when my girlfriend went to put the lid back on the cup busted and spilt everywhere. the staff was so kind and cleaned everything up and made us a new drink.“
