“Good food. Service is usually okay, but nearly every time I go they do mess up my order - typically forgetting something or giving too many of one item. I have occasionally received items that I didn't even order. The last few times that I've been there I've been asked to pull up and wait or pull around to the other side of the building and wait. Sometimes they seems to have an attitude when talking over the intercom, rushing you through your order.“
“The nachos I ordered, customized in the app, fell short. The portion size was reduced and the extra toppings ordered were not increased. I was worried this would happen one day. Not cool. No ones wants to pay more for less.

“I got my food thru the drive thru. The associate who took my order seemed bored out of her mind. The other associate who passed my food to me at the window was too busy talking to her friends inside. I actually enjoy Taco Bell but I would of preferred better service since this is a newer location.“
