“This place is fast the employees are friendly. It's very clean, and the dining area is located out in the open with the mall area in front of the counter. They do have a drive through and a huge parking lot.It's not very busy because the mall is always dead in easy in and out options.“

“I give zaxbys 5 stars . It’s the only restaurant that don’t make me sick ! That’s the only place my boys ever wanna eat! My 2 oldest that’s now 20 and 23 also only wanted to eat there they still do :) it’s great food my favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich meal .. my boys love the zac snack meal ! I highly recommend zaxbys!“

“I stopped at this Zaxby's coming home from a road trip. The restaurant itself was very dirty and it looked like it needed to be cleaned. However, the food was absolutely delicious and I gobbled it down. They even put seasoning on the fries which they usually don't and it was better than expected. Since I don't live near here I can't really come back to this specific location, but Zaxby's will always be one of my favorite fast food restaurants.“

“I really don't like their breaded chicken. I'm glad they have grilled options. Even in their busiest moments, they still manage to keep with demand.
And most of all, keep the dining area clean. That's something slow restaurants can't seem to accomplish anymore..“

“The five times I’ve come to the new location around 4:30 PM the drive through has been wrapped around the building… good place to eat, just don’t come around 4:30 PM. lol

“Fast and friendly service.Present day ordered a 2 piece meal thigh and leg chicken was old the biscuit was really small and hard the potatoes and gravy had been sitting awhile the gravy was not just dipped onto potatoes it was seeped in the best part was my drink I was very disappointed it's always good but this was terrible“

“Chicken from a gas station/convenience store doesn't seem like the best place to get a good meal, but this place fries up chicken better than most of the local chicken restaurants and all of the local chicken chains. Matter of fact, if it can be fried they'll drop it in a big ole grease filled fryer and cook it until it's crisp and golden brown. Be sure to pay attention to the menu though. If you rattle off a bunch of stuff you want rather than using the combo wording as on the menu then you'll pay the a-la-cart total rather than the lower combo prices. Stick to the combos and it's a pretty decent deal.“
