We found this bakery while walking around downtown. It was the perfect stop for something small and sweet. They had a selection of 25 or so types of cookies, each sounding better than the last. They were indeed fabulous! Making all worthwhile was the counter help. She was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. Sweet people; sweet deserts... an unbeatable combination !!
Mama Wilson's Banana Pudding cookies go beyond what I thought humanly possible. The memory of all lesser cookies has faded from my mind. My homemade oatmeal raisin cookies? Pointless. My grandmas chocolate chip cookies? Without merit. No other cookie can compare. My expectations from a simple cookie have been raised to an unfairly high standard.
