“Never have I ever been to a place more comfortable. Than this amazing place. We got there 40 minutes before closing and immediately met with every bit of kindness. The food is amazing and so are the people running the restaurant. Our food was out quick and everything was so fresh and made with love. Hector came over while we ate to chat with us a little and it was the best customer service I've ever had in my 19 years of life. I will definitely be back and I encourage more people to visit this restaurant.“

“I was quite surprised (in a good way) when I walked in the door and immediately felt like I’d walked in to a Disney resort.

The murals, alone, were worth going there for, but the service is also outstanding - I’ve been twice and each time the servers gave me excellent food recommendations so I could try something outside of my normal go-to’s.

The potions are enormous. I’m talking I had lunch and dinner the following day from my leftovers. The food quality is excellent and it’s so fast. Everyone was friendly and lovely. I will definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for excellent food or who loves walking in to places that surprise you with how they look inside.

“I visited Taqueria Regis in Dalton, GA, today, and I’m so glad I did! Located right across from the Pilot truck stop, this place is a hidden gem for truck drivers like me.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and I ordered tacos de carne asada (steak tacos) and tacos de pollo (chicken tacos). They were absolutely¡deliciosos! (delicious!) The freshness of the ingredients really made a difference, and I could tell they care about what they serve.

I would love to see more restaurants like Taqueria Regis at truck stops because having healthier options is better for our bodies. My stepmom is Spanish, and I truly appreciate authentic Hispanic cuisine.

“THE FAJITA CHIKEN DOES NOT ACTUALLY HAVE FAJITA VEGGIES!! I was a little confused reading the menu when I saw “fajita chicken.” I’m sure they would have given us some if we asked. The beef and cheese nacho was great. The rice and beans are amazing. The toppings are extremely fresh and staff was extremely friendly.“

“There was no waiting time to get a table, you go in and order what you want then you sit wherever you want, then they bring your food to your table. They serve chips and salsa while you wait. For my taste buds I did not like the fried beans the rice was ok. The steak nachos are delicious and the fresh drinks are good too. I have had there tacos before and they where good too.“

“The food at El Sueno is great and I recommend the restaurant for that alone. When we first started going there the service was excellent and that along with the great food made going there an enjoyable experience. Now, the service pretty much sucks. Tonight, August 17, 2023, my husband and I went there to eat. Not sure what our servers name was but he was the tall guy with a beard. It took me telling him 3 times what I wanted to drink, Dr. Pepper, before he got it right on the order. Then when we finally got our drinks he couldn't remember if I had Dr. Pepper or Coke and couldn't remember what he had put in the glass. We didn't get our chips & salsa and drinks until we got our meals. I was pleased with the food itself but the salsa was not as good as it normally is. We will go back, however, if the service isn't any better then we will take our business elsewhere.“

“Took my girls out for some early dinner after school shopping. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is cutely decorated. Portions were AWESOME. Plenty of food for the money. The salsa had a nice kick to it and the chips were so warm and fresh!! The food was super fresh and steaming hot. It was a nice outing with some delicious food! The waiter was the only one on the floor, but he worked diligently with a wonderful attitude. I even took food to go and they waited to bring it out when I was done and it was fresh too! I love this cute little spot. It’s perfect for some good Mexican food!“

I've been totally satisfied with the 5 or 6 different dishes I have tried out and they always treat me very courteous (even if I can't communicate so well with a young lady who doesn't speak English).
