“My husband and I love to find a good Brisket sliced bbq. While on the job my husband had lunch here and came home (an hour away) bragging about how good it was. Naturally, I’ve got to try it…..it is soooo good! I highly recommend it and will be back. Very welcoming and friendly. Our server was excellent and recommended the Alabama White sauce, I haven’t had any this good since I first tried it and fell in love with it. This place is a must try if you’re in the area. “They make the best ribs I’ve had anywhere in Atlanta. Nice smoke ring and perfectly cooked, you can tell they’re really cooked on a smoker and not just baked with BBQ sauce. In fact, they serve them with sauce on the side which is always a sign a place has confidence in their meat.

Will definitely be back to try other stuff, if it’s all as good as the ribs this place will be a go-to.“

No offense to my friends in the biz but DAS, hands down, has the best of each of these items! I live on the southside of ATL and gladly will drive for more DAS BBQ. “Our first visit, we will be back! Great food. fast, friendly service! Weather was perfect so we sat outside on the deck. Very clean. The food is fresh, they smoke all their meat daily and they use locally sourced produce. They have a full bar. We shared the OG Salmon Chips - house smoked salmon, chipotle cream cheese, red onion & capers on house made potato chips (piucured) they are a little pricey at $16 for 5 servings but are piled high with fresh salmon so we weren't disappointed (they were great). We also had a Garden Chopped Bowl - (thick cut) house bacon, hard boiled egg, corn, red onion, tomato, avocado, bleu cheese and added Pulled Pork (pictured). Very good, highly recommend!“

“The food here is really good. The only thing I think would make them %100 is to perfect the Mac & cheese. It’s really dry & it has no cheese pull what so ever. It gives velveta shells Mac & cheese vibes. If that happens I’d be eating gear way more than I already do. Some of the best ribs & brisket I’ve had so far in ATL tho & the wait is never super long. Having done so, we continue to return to our favorite BQ restaurant Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ. Rodney Scott’s barbeque set the standard for not only Atlanta, but world-wide restaurants. R.S.W.H.B.B.Q is more than “exceptional”. The portion sizes are huge, the vegetables are well seasoned, the potato salad is kick your shoes off good. However, the pork ribs, boned in chicken, and brisket exceed the norm on taste and desirability. The BBQ meats are so delicious that you will find yourself eating first, second, third... “We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“
