“I'm a very picky curry chicken eater. I've tried damn near every Jamaican spot in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING COMPARES TO THE CURRY CHICKEN AT THIS SPOT.
I live in kennesaw and i have no problem driving to memorial drive just for the curry chicken.“

“I enjoyed my meal overall but wanted to leave a review here since for whatever reason ubereats would allow me to rate my order.I wanted to give this order 5 stars because overall I really did enjoy my meal but there just a few things preventing me from doing so.I ordered the spaghetti it’s a TASTY and HUGE portion of food. But my garlic bread was very BURNT. So burnt I’m surprised they thought it was fit to serve.The salmon with rice and salad was good! You get a ton of Haitian rice. I never had it before but really enjoyed it. Although the rice had a slightly burnt taste to it. Like the rice itself wasn’t burnt but maybe the bottom of the pot was. But it was still edible and well seasoned but the burnt after taste does linger. Also, they forgot to include my plantains.Lastly, I ordered what was labeled “Haitian Kola” on Uber eats thinking it was some sort of fancy Hatian cultural soda and was really excited to try a new drink but it turned out to be regular old fashioned coke. I was a bit disappointed and had I known it was regular Coke I would not have ordered it.Overall the items that bothered me weren’t enough to write this place off completely. Everyone has off days so I will try it again. But next time I’ll try it in person instead of ubereats.Like I said great taste and HUGE portions. Will give them another try.“

My plate is leftovers but SEASONED TO PERFECTION (fried fish seasoned, tender broccoli and peppers seasoned, seasoned mash and seasoned steak (get it medium rare you won’t be disappointed and i ate most of my patna plate too it was that good the sides alone ??‼️???? y’all come check him out, a REALLY GOOD TIME if you’re looking for that traditional ATL easside Decatur where it’s greater vibe! “Nah. This might be the BEST Soul Food I had in ATL. The Mac and Cheese was what it was supposed to be! Amaze! And the Collards, I don’t know what they put in it but baby! When I tell you I always add hot sauce to my greens no matter what and almost went back in to ask for some… then I tasted it and it was so full of flavor (not spice) that I didn’t even need the hot or want to mess up what it was already givin’!

I only had three sides but I’m coming back to try a full on meal! Inshallah

“Ok so I was searching google to find a tasty Jamaican restaurant in Decatur because it's more filling and tastier than fast food! I found C&B. They have 4.2 on google which isn't bad. I order the j*** tacos and fries!! So the tacos have Cilantro (which I love) cheese, onions and tomatoes! I also had a beef pattie and a pineapple drink (non carbonated which I appreciated too!). The taste of the tacos was pretty tasty way better than I expected and my french fries was cooked to perfection however the food was too salty!! Too much salt! I had to stop short of eating that last taco and fries because of the salt. I recommend using sea salt instead of regular table salt. My drink was good. It gets pretty busy here, so when you order, expect to wait because they are constantly cooking everything fresh to order! The owner and her family are very sweet people so please be patient with them if your order isn't ready in 10 minutes!“

“#MyFirstTime I was in the area and wanted Jamaican food. Looked at reviews and chose Hummingbird Restaurant.

Very clean and spacious to have food there or to go.

I order the veggie patty 😋 😌 ☺️ 🤗 😊 😍 and I have never had a patty that was so good. Its like I think they make the crust on site. Yummy 😋.

I also had the lunch special chicken....yummy.

“This is HANDS DOWN, the best jerk pork I have had so far in Atlanta, (had to get a beer to wash it down with as it was calling a for company). That's a BIG statement for me. Took me to 'Scotchies' in Montego Bay, if u know u know. The flavors are savory and spicy. tastes like my pork was seasoned for atleast 2 weeks. And the authentic smoky flavor profile was very patriotic.
Atmosphere is ok, smaller scale.. larger dining space tho (if you choose to dine in) I will recommend if the owner chooses to upgrade the space it will only add the value. This is a HIDDEN GEM. Try them out. Owned by a Jamaican Woman. 🇯🇲 She is representing“
