“You can really feel the pride in how this restaurant is run. The food is incredible especially the grilled meats and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. They even helped us with the grill and explained the best sauces to use. I left feeling full, happy, and appreciated. Can’t recommend this place enough!“

“This place is great! Recommended to my friend and me by a Michelin chef.
The bulgogi and short rib were very flavorful and tender, and I loved all the condiments and veggies that came with it. Cha offered great recommendations and conversation. Almost felt like family was cooking for us.
I know this place isn’t high frills, but you can tell this place used to be the place back in the day. Definitely don’t judge a book by its cover. I will definitely be back“

“I ordered the jokbal 족발 (braised pork trotter) and soft tofu stew 순두부 찌개. The jokbal was tender, flavorful, and came with all the right sides for wraps, while the soft tofu stew was hot, silky, and perfectly seasoned to enjoy with rice. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, just like food from back home🥰 The atmosphere was cozy, the service was kind, and overall it felt like a truly authentic Korean dining experience. I’ll definitely return👍“

“I would consider us regulars, eating here 1-2x/month. A little disappointed this go around. We ordered the toppoki, bulgogi quesadilla, and the harue kimbap. The bulgogi quesadilla was labeled as a “limited time” item and was pretty good! The fries it came with were a little undercooked and lacked that the crispy crunch. Harue kimbap = solid. The toppoki was overcooked—the rice cakes and ramen (that we paid extra for) were too chewy/soggy.“

“Dropping by HMart to crush a Korean Corn dog is about as close as an American can get to Seoul during a lunch hour. This spot prepares the deep fried wonder about as good as anyone here the U.S. Great service and a willingness to make recommendations to customers. Went with the half mozz half dog this time. Hit the spot“

“This place is so unique and such a value add to the Atlanta food and social scene. Anytime I have visitors to Atlanta, I am so happy to bring them here. The food is great, the atmosphere is chill and chic and the service is always top notch.
Minhwa is a one of a kind spot where you will find delicious food and unique drinks. I usually hate Korean/Asian fusion but they know how to do it. I don't know where else you can get house made Makgeoli and Soju, especially of this quality.
Come. You won't regret it. You may want to take a few bottles home. ---I have taken a bottle to the motherland (South Korea) and the uncles approve!!!“

“I come here often, but today was the best service I have ever received. Many times, the waiters just rush and don't help you out. Today, my friend and I had the pleasure to be served by a young man named Justin. He was attentive, friendly, and helpful. If you go to eat here, definitely ask for Justin. My experience today was superior and I will definitely be coming back. Especially if they keep Justin.“
