It was very hot in the building. Felt dismissive and the waitress didn't listen and come back to bring us a to go cup or plate. I still tipped 20%, but we probably will not go back.
Steak wasn't that great. Outside was seared and inside a bit under cooked for being medium. Not impressed with flavor.
It was quite expensive for the portion sizes. Food was very greasy and didn't taste that good. Our waiter was quite friendly and very polite. I have been here before a few years ago and it has really gone down since then. Will not be a repeat diner here.
Flying Cowboy offers a great atmosphere with ample parking. The staff is friendly and prompt, but service can be inconsistent. The menu items are hit or miss, with some dishes like the okra, beans, pork, chicken tenders, and sweet potato crunch being delicious, while others like the onion rings, shrimp, and salmon may require improvement.
