Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Douglasville

“I had an excellent experience today at this Popeyes.

I was greeted kindly immediately when I walked in the door. I was asked what I wanted to order and received my food very quick. It is delicious as I’m eating it while writing this review.

The man who originally greeted me was well spoken, looked professional and even made “small talk” with me while taking & preparing my order. The other staff members also were helpful and attentive. The restaurant looked clean and well kept

This is the second time I’ve been in this restaurant and had exceptional service.

I definitely recommend eating here.“

“At this location, the sides are already pre-packaged and half empty, and the biscuits were slightly warm but rather dry as if they were leftovers from the night before. The chicken could have been fresher. Also, be sure to ask for condiments before you leave the counter because they will not ask, nor will they automatically put them in your bag (that'si ncluding napkins.) This location needs to work on customer service and many other things.“
