“At this location, the sides are already pre-packaged and half empty, and the biscuits were slightly warm but rather dry as if they were leftovers from the night before. The chicken could have been fresher. Also, be sure to ask for condiments before you leave the counter because they will not ask, nor will they automatically put them in your bag (that'si ncluding napkins.) This location needs to work on customer service and many other things.“
“Recently stopped in at this location at the Drive-through I was greeted warmly and asked for my reward code, I said I’m sorry I don’t have one. Let me pull over and download the app a cashier by the name of Jessica told me she had coupons at the window asked if I would like them, that was very kind of her she even had a smile on her face the whole time. She has amazing customer service skills which is rare these days. I just wanted to say thank you Jessica I appreciate you I will be returning!“
