I went around 1:30-2:30 p.m. yesterday, Monday the 21st, and I did not like my experience whatsoever. When I entered a heavy-set white lady with face tattoos greeted me with a caring attitude, and another lady with amazing customer service who I believe goes by the name Christy fixed my plate, while a black lady was cleaning. It needs to come up with ideas of how to serve customers inside the restaurant and how to serve customers at the drive thru at the same time. I love their food, but when I am in the drive thru, it takes a long time to get your food.
