I am very critical of Chinese food. When I moved I tried MANY restaurants and there’s a few key things that places get wrong. The biggest thing is using frozen pot stickers. It’s a shortcut that is a major turn off. China Cafe does them fresh!! I’ve never had a dish I didn’t like.
