Panda Express is a popular restaurant known for its loyal customer base and delicious food. Most experiences are positive, but some visits can be affected by inconsistencies in service and portion sizes. During busy times, the restaurant may focus on online and DoorDash orders, which can leave in-store customers waiting and receiving smaller portions. However, the food is often fresh and flavorful, with standout dishes like the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. Many customers find the food quick and perfectly portioned. The staff is generally friendly, with some customers noting excellent service from individuals like Yamicar and Othman. While the atmosphere is enjoyable, highlighted by fun fortune cookies, there may be occasional disappointments, such as receiving fewer shrimp than expected. Overall, Panda Express remains a reliable choice for a quick and tasty meal.
