I ordered the Pure Watermelon bottle and the Chocolate Hazelnut bowl. The Pure Watermelon bottle is just lemon juice and watermelon juice. It is tasty and cost $9. The Chocolate Hazelnut bowl costs $15 and has acai, berries, and bananas.

The food was extremely delicious and it only took them a few minutes to make it from scratch. This is better than ice cream.“

“Mokhaport is a coffee shop featuring Ethiopian and Yemini coffee and teas. They also offer smoothies and food items with a sizable quantity of Halal, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free offerings. The majority of their food is made in-house. Mokhaport has an intimate seating area with Wifi and a generous number of electrical outlets. Mokaport has some of the best customer service for a coffee shop. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide recommendations regarding the menu offerings. You are actually provided a sample of your coffee/tea item before it is finalized. My go-to drink is the Dirty Adani (Sweet Yemini Chai with a shot of coffee) with brown sugar and oat milk. Pro tip: save your receipt via text, which makes it easier to duplicate your beverage order once you have found the perfect drink. I visit this coffee shop every time I am in the area, as the coffees, teas, and service are impeccable. I am looking forward to trying the smoothies, cheesecake, and some of the savory food products like the beef patty and cheese pastry.“

“My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Florida on May 27 when we stopped at one of your Georgia locations. My wife, who is vegan, purchased a smoothie and a sealed container of your Cheezy Kale Chips.

About an hour later, she opened the container and discovered a long blond hair inside. Understandably, we did not turn around, but she immediately attempted to contact the store to inform someone. She called multiple times, left voicemails, and even tried reaching your corporate office—again, with no answer or return call.

Approximately a week and a half later, after returning from Florida, we tried again to call both the store and your corporate office. Still, we could not get anyone to answer or return our calls. We checked my wife's voice mail - nothing from Arden's Garden.

On our drive back to Michigan, we stopped again at the same store with the original package (still containing the blond hair). The store clerk acknowledged the issue but stated he didn’t know how to process a refund.

While the hair in the product was unpleasant, our primary concern is the complete lack of response and accountability from both the store and your corporate office. We expected better from a company that promotes health, quality, and integrity.

UPDATE: A representative from the company contacted my wife, apologized, and remedied the situation.“

“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. Food: For our appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese Mini Pancakes and I was not a big fan of them. I was expecting a bit more flavor than what I received. For my drink, I ordered a Thai Tea and did not like the flavor that much. For our main entrées, we ordered and tried the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp, Vermicelli with Onion and Lemongrass Sautéed Chicken, Baguette Sandwich with Chicken, and Baguette Sandwich with Pork. The only entrée I didn't like much was the Lemongrass Chicken dish, but the rest were very delicious. I liked the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp the most! There was a lot of flavor packed into it.

Service: Our server was very kind and attentive. We were one of two tables at the restaurant so we got a lot of attention and were never left waiting for too long.

Atmosphere: It's a cute place but feels a little quiet. At times I was worried that we were being too loud since it was a bit empty.
