“Came here to grab a coffee during a weekday morning and loved it! Super cute little coffee shop that I could see myself wanting to hang out at. The staff were all lovely and I really enjoyed the coffee I got. While I didn’t have trouble parking due to the fact it was a 7:45am on a Tuesday, I tried to come by before around midday and had trouble finding parking. There is overflow parking though, so not a huge deal. Will be coming back here for sure!
Parking: Limited spots to park in and limited street parking, but there is a sign directing customers to overflow parking.“

“What a neat place to go and meet friends for coffee. They have awesome seasonal coffees and teas as well as the best pastries in town. The baristas are so friendly and the whole place just makes you feel happy. It's out favorite place to go!“

“Wholly Grounds is one of my go tos in Cartersville! The employees are always so sweet and the iced vanilla latte is one of my all time favorites. 😍🥰 It has an incredible, almost malt-like flavor. Very good smoothies as well. I’m always blown away by their service, fast-pace & delicious coffee! I also love that they are one of the only local coffee shops in the area that are open on Saturday and Sunday. Highly recommend!“

“I’m a donut guy..I’ve been to 9 different places for donuts then I found this place. I’m not a morning person AT ALL but this place is worth waking up at 6 to get the freshest fluffiest tastiest warm pieces or art they make every day. Had a ratatouille moment, literally felt like a kid again. As a disabled veteran if I could , I’d run to get first in line here. So dang good and the people are so dang sweet. Y’all be nice to them and don’t ruin this for me ! This place deserves a place in the hall of fame ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“if you guys are tired of Starbucks, please come on down to southern Muggs y'all. it's way so much better than Starbucks! and their lattes are cheaper and richer. it's literally the best coffee shop of all of Cartersville! I love their white chocolate salted caramel latte!!! it is divine!! Take it from me, I love the calming atmosphere here and their bagels are delicious!!!!“

“We went today to try Duck Donuts (location Dayton, Ohio)for the first time. I walked in carrying a coupon that I received in the mail from a local realtor who I know prsonally. Before I even made it to the counter, the girl at the register said "I have bad news for you, we're under new management and won't take your coupon". I said are you kidding? I just drove an HOUR to get here and you won't honor the coupon? She said no, sorry. I refused to even try the product. Even if you are under new management, the fact that you won't honor a coupon that this realtor PAID for is awful! Clearly the new management is no good. Thank you for ruining Saturday for me and my family.“

“My STARBUCKS location is wonderful. I am never let down. my drink is always perfect and they go the extra mile when they have time to decorate my cup with little happies, pictures/stickers. It always brightens my day. They make me feel welcome and remember my name and greet me with a big hello! The manager has trained her team to provide the best customer service Thank! “Hard to be disappointed with anything about my recent trip. Pulled up, ordered stuff while on the phone (like a big rude jerk) the associate was super nice about it, quick and efficient. Gave me a smile (behind her mask) and off I went on my way.
All in all, a quick pit-stop for the kiddos.
Revisited today. Still a pleasant and efficient trip/location, but we have to get someone on the executive team to do something about their coffee; it's horrible. It's able to be swallowed, but there's not a thing enjoyable about drinking it.“

“The Peach Cobbler Factory offers a variety of cobbler variations, cookies, shakes, puddings and drinks. Praline Pecan and Strawberry Cobbler, served with ice-cream was our choice for the week. The owner and staff were awesome. We will visit again!!!“

“Always great service, I love their sausage, egg, cheese croissants on busy mornings when I need to grab something quick. A friend came up from Miami where there are tons of Farm Stores and was excited to see one near us. They asked for a colada, which is on the menu, and the young man said “I don’t know how to make it but I want to give it a shot!” and he made it perfectly! He could have said no, but he didn’t and that gained him tons of respect from all of us. We’re glad Farm Stores Cedarcrest is here!“
“I went in on my lunch break and it was busy and there was only one girl. I think her name was hope. She was so nice and kept the line moving and was really quick. I get the same thing every time I go there and it has never been done so nice and tasted so good!!

“The absolute very best melt in your mouth donuts you'll get in Cartersville or anywhere around. I don't eat donuts from anywhere but here because once you've had them nothing else compares. Customer service is always great. The people inside are always very nice. I've never had any problems going here“

“Can't say enough about Miss L's. The reviewer who claimed their sandwiches are overpriced is dead wrong. We pick these up and take them to the lake; I've tried almost every item on the menu, and am never disappointed. Brilliant flavor combinations, inspired, and perfectly realized. And I don't know how that pasta salad is so addictive. Delicious.“

“This is my usual three stops a week store. This morning I unfortunately had to visit another location and immediately noticed a huge difference. The folks at this store are top tier. Always extremely nice and welcoming. This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited!“
“One of the best Starbucks around....this is a newer location but whomever did the hiring did a phenomenal job ...no matter what time of the day I go fast and friendly service...they are always super accurate...busy at times but even then always apologize for delayed wait and provide a great atmosphere.. “Customer service is amazing! I was a frequent customer two years ago, until my work hours changed, and I hadn't been back since then. I stopped by again a week ago around 9AM. Carson, barista, not only remembered me, but also remembered what I always ordered two years ago (my usual order back then was a little unusual). HE MADE MY DAY!!! Pumpkin cream cold brew is my super star drink now. I've got to have at least three of those a week now.“

“I stopped at the Starbucks in Kroger to purchase a gift card for a birthday gift. The barrister who waited on me was professional, efficient, asked if I wanted additional items & said "thank you" upon completion of the transaction. (So many don't say "thank you" anymore & say "no problem," instead of you're welcome." I appreciated his manners.) I point out this server because upon an earlier visit to this location, another employee was working with him & I noticed then how condescending she was to him & corrected most of what he did. At the time, he looked defeated & discouraged. I was glad to see he was still there & doing his job well.“

“While Starbucks has always been a great place to have coffee from, they need to get more consistent on service level. For example the coffee can be very hot or just about hot, depending the place u go. A small thing, but makes a big difference to the satisfaction level of having a coffee“
