“Soooo good! Great service and greeted when we walked in the door. We had the jerk wings, chicken curry, cabbage, peas and rice, and plantains....yuuuuum. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and laid back Christian reggae music playing in the background. If I lived in the area it would be a regular spot for me. “I’ve been to this location several times, and the food is always consistently delicious. The customer service is outstanding as well. Shae was especially pleasant—friendly, patient, and happy to explain several menu items I wasn’t familiar with. Kudos to the entire staff for maintaining such a great dining experience every time!“

“I enjoyed my meal overall but wanted to leave a review here since for whatever reason ubereats would allow me to rate my order.I wanted to give this order 5 stars because overall I really did enjoy my meal but there just a few things preventing me from doing so.I ordered the spaghetti it’s a TASTY and HUGE portion of food. But my garlic bread was very BURNT. So burnt I’m surprised they thought it was fit to serve.The salmon with rice and salad was good! You get a ton of Haitian rice. I never had it before but really enjoyed it. Although the rice had a slightly burnt taste to it. Like the rice itself wasn’t burnt but maybe the bottom of the pot was. But it was still edible and well seasoned but the burnt after taste does linger. Also, they forgot to include my plantains.Lastly, I ordered what was labeled “Haitian Kola” on Uber eats thinking it was some sort of fancy Hatian cultural soda and was really excited to try a new drink but it turned out to be regular old fashioned coke. I was a bit disappointed and had I known it was regular Coke I would not have ordered it.Overall the items that bothered me weren’t enough to write this place off completely. Everyone has off days so I will try it again. But next time I’ll try it in person instead of ubereats.Like I said great taste and HUGE portions. Will give them another try.“

“This place is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. Whenever I I need a delicious lunchon, this is the place that comes immediately to my head. superb and all sorts of food and a large list of dishes.trained team, and pleasant ambience. Also, the tariff is affordable. I praise this restaurant with no hesitation.“

“You can almost never go wrong here, if you want some good Jamaican food. The food is always good. I love the oxtail. I live the curry goat. I love the macaroni. I do not care for the cabbage as much. I feel it needs a little more seasoning. The plantain are pretty nice too.“

“Yo I have been looking for good wings for a minute now. Atl used to be the wing capital. Not the wings are trash. VIP HITS HITS!!!! THE CAROLINA GOLDS ARE WHAT THE GAME BEEN MISSING. And you know a good wing spot when someone like me tried extra extra hot 🥵 (and I don’t super hot like that at all) mouth burning but the flavor of the sauce popped harder than the spice. I t was so good and so hot I still asked for another one to switch out with and she wanted another of my golds. This place it’s def the divest wing spot as far as flavor and wings period, also I keep hearing about their jerk. I think the make their sauce from scratch because the y are beyond good. “I came in today, just wanting something different than the usual fast food etc etc. I’m from Brooklyn New York City, and I’ve done had my fair share of Jamaican and Caribbean food. I’ve also traveled to Jamaica on several occasions. I’ve also served 12 years in the Army and have been to and experienced many countries and cultures and food. But when I say today Momma Ann (the chef and cook) did her thing…I mean just that. She did her thang. You know the saying. The food so good it make you want to slap your momma. Well my momma is dead and that plate today made me want to dig her up and smack something lol. I’ve been to several golden krust as well and maaaaaan I promise you they couldn’t replicate or duplicate what she was able to do. Not even if Simone says. Wasn’t expecting this at all. But the food was fresh. It was hot. It was seasoned. It was flavorful. It was moist. I had to call after leaving just to ask for her name to give her her credit on this review. The manager and rest of the staff was very nice, patient, and professional. That meal food was heaven prepped. Thank you“
