On October 21, 2023 I went to El Rio Grande. The food was delicious. The margarita ? was great. My bill came to $23.78, and that seemed reasonable for what I ordered. I paid my bill with my card and I wrote a zero with a line in it and asked the cashier to give me change for a $20 bill I handed her. She gave me my money and I gave her a $10 CASH tip.
