“We enjoyed an INCREDIBLE 3 course lunch today and will definitely be back! Starting with ambience, the place is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with gorgeous local art. All 5 dishes we ordered were spectacular (shrimp martini, bbq shrimp, caesar salad, ultimate wedge, banana cream pie). Beautifully plated, exceptional flavor and preparation. The service was wonderful and everyone was so kind. This experience was 5 stars all the way. I wish they had a cookbook!“

“The food was good, the cashier ruined the whole thing. My bill was $35 and change. I put 2 20s on the counter in front of the waiter. She said "put it in my ". I said ma'am? She said it again. I put it in her hand without thinking. She was thinking Black and White. There will not a next at this restaurant. She was a small black lady with hair below with gold streaks.“

“We stopped at The Whistle Stop Cafe for lunch while passing through Georgia. I've always wanted to eat there. I loved the movie Fried Green Tomatoes so it was neat eating at the place a lot of it was filmed at. It's a nice area. The cafe is a sweet looking spot. We ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes for an appetizer. They were delicious. For lunch I had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and squash casserole. I loved it all except it could have been warmer. The squash casserole was my favorite. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and chips. He liked it a lot. We both had half & half sweet tea which was delicious. The staff was very nice, the atmosphere was charming and I'm so glad we stopped.“
