“Very quiet, and simple coffeehouse with very extraordinary service, food and beverages. All the workers help with taking your order and answer any questions. I wanted the bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese but they were out of bagels, instead they gave me great alternative options that helped get the same taste of the option I wanted. I also took the mocktail, of the espresso martini. It was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and try out all the different options. Lovely place.“

“This place has been opened for a while and I finally decided to stop by and try them. I went last night and got their blonde and white chocolate mocha. As a first time visitor, the waiter was extremely patient and even offered suggestions. He was great. It looked extremely clean inside and not overly crowded. The drinks were amazing. The white chocolate mocha actually tasted like chocolate. I enjoyed it so much that I went back today. Listen, their mango lemonade is to die for. Half my drink was gone before I even made it back home. This is definitely one of my new favorite coffee/drink spots!“

“Dunkin is by far the superior coffee company but the Wrightsboro Rd location is the best Dunkin local to the Augusta area.
The staff is always kind. The service is always fast, even when they run out of something, they’re quick to find a substitute. You’re a PERSON that just happens to like coffee and donuts at Dunkin, not just an order number.
They treat regulars like friends and family. I’m not sure what coffee milk is, but I NEED it and Isaiah knows exactly how I like my Iced Dunkalatte!! I get the best service here weather I’m picking up my coffee, or for my mom (Laura) or my aunt (Marcy) who are both regulars too! We love our Dunkin staff as much as we love our coffee.

“I never write reviews but this Starbucks location is my fav!! All of their employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. If you are even a tiny bit unsatisfied with your order, they are quick to remake your order no questions asked and most of the time will apologize and say, “this one is on us!” Sometimes I like to try drinks from their “secret menu” and they never roll their eyes or act rude / annoyed unlike what I have experienced at other stores. Anytime I have questions about certain menu items or how to upgrade my drink to make it better, they take the time to answer and don’t rush or make me feel dumb for asking. I stopped going to other Starbucks and have been loyal to this location for months now. The managers / baristas are totally the heart of this store and are BOMB. “My husband is a veteran… proudly! But only carries a VA ID. When he asked about a military discount, we learned it is only available for active duty, retirees, or 100% disabled veterans. While we absolutely respect that every business has the right to set their own policies, I could tell it left him feeling a little overlooked. He doesn’t often speak up about his service, but moments like this remind me how much a simple thank you can mean to those who have served. As his wife, it was hard to hear him feel like his time in the military didn’t “count enough.” 5 more percent and he would be recognized. We still enjoyed our donuts, but I hope in the future businesses might consider recognizing all veterans, as every one of them has given something to our country.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts restaurant in Augusta Georgia. The young lady that served us at the window this morning at around 11:30 AM was fantastic! She was very attentive and had the right attitude for outstanding service. I gave her a tip, and I never tip! The restaurant is always clean and service is always A1.“
