“Way better than Starbucks hands down. From price to product to size they have the market cornered simply because they are better than Starbucks. Y’all need to start wiping down the cups before you give them to the customer though because nobody likes their hands sticky. Also give someone a napkin once in a while it won’t hurt your pockets, at the end of the day you’re charging $10 for a cup of coffee so I think it’s cost effective.“

“As an unbiased observer reading the reviews, it’s clear that Ronda Holloway is completely out of line. The worker’s comment was neither malicious nor “evil”; it was a factual reaction to nearly being hit. Attempting to twist that into some personal attack is unreasonable and unfair.
It’s also inappropriate for Ronda to weaponize her own tragic experiences in an effort to invalidate someone else’s legitimate concern. The worker had no knowledge of her personal history, nor any obligation to tiptoe around it. The simple truth is that she most likely almost hit the girl — and the girl responded to that reality. Anything beyond that is Ronda projecting her own issues onto an innocent situation.
If anything, the irony here is that Ronda is blaming the very person she put at risk.“

Also, my order is almost always ready BEFORE the ETA on the app. This location is always super super clean and organized, and I regularly see them cleaning during my quick visits. The customer supplies (straws, etc) are always fully stocked. The breakfast items I order are always too hot to bite into immediately. The staff are super friendly, and they have a better vibe working at Starbucks than I do when I'm on vacation. I order from here every day (I have a problem lol) and will continue to do so until my therapist finds out about how often I order from here <3“

“Great food and great service and friendly staff. Ate there this morning and had a great waitress. Saw something that bothered me while there today there was a man and woman who were at a table in front of me. After eating their meals the man laid a five dollar bill on the table for a tip and went to pay the bill. The lady at the table reached over and took the five dollar bill and put it in her pocketbook. That was totally foul on her part. To the lady who took that five dollar bill you know who you are!!!“

While we absolutely respect that every business has the right to set their own policies, I could tell it left him feeling a little overlooked. He doesn’t often speak up about his service, but moments like this remind me how much a simple thank you can mean to those who have served. As his wife, it was hard to hear him feel like his time in the military didn’t “count enough.” 5 more percent and he would be recognized. We still enjoyed our donuts, but I hope in the future businesses might consider recognizing all veterans, as every one of them has given something to our country.“

“I never write reviews but this Starbucks location is my fav!! All of their employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. If you are even a tiny bit unsatisfied with your order, they are quick to remake your order no questions asked and most of the time will apologize and say, “this one is on us!” Sometimes I like to try drinks from their “secret menu” and they never roll their eyes or act rude / annoyed unlike what I have experienced at other stores. Anytime I have questions about certain menu items or how to upgrade my drink to make it better, they take the time to answer and don’t rush or make me feel dumb for asking. I stopped going to other Starbucks and have been loyal to this location for months now. The managers / baristas are totally the heart of this store and are BOMB. Much love, - The hot mess express mom that comes daily with two young kids screaming from the backseat. (Thanks for keeping me sane and supplying my ridiculous amount of caffeine that it takes to be a stay-at-home mom of two crotch goblins.)“

“Went in on a weekend and was so empty, thought it was closed for a moment at like 5 pm. Ladies were friendly. Ask for a Pink Drink and informed me they were cleared out bc of the Master’s Week rush they just had. One of the employees stopped to inform me that they just got a shipment and they were going to see if they had what they needed to do my Pink Drink. Sure enough she came back to the front with a smile and asked what size. This place was clean even after a rush and well organized. Great customer service.
