“I had a very unfortunate situation when taking an elderly client for a short meeting. We sat in a booth right on the other side of where the meal is served. So we could clearly hear when our name was called. Unfortunately, the table was broken. Broken to the point where I had to get a manager to try to help study it. The manager was unable to kneel over to fix the table and I literally did the work for her. Stuffing napkins under the table as we already had our food on it I did not want to have to move. Whoever has invested in this location, needs to go by and check it. It could use a deep cleaning as well. I took pictures of the dirty booths. And the broken table. Sent them to corporate. And they said we hope you “trust us” in the future to come back and have a better experience. Really?“

“Belvoir Christian Academy's faculty and staff loved the catered lunch from Marsha's Backstreet Cafe! We had spaghetti, salad and garlic bread! Delicious! Highly recommend anything on the menu as well!“

“My husband and I enjoyed delicious bagels here for breakfast. I had the everything bagel with scallion shmear, and appreciated that they put extra scallions on top! My husband had the bacon, egg and cheese on sesame and remarked that the bacon was extra thick and tasty. The guy who took our order was friendly and welcoming. “The reviews were good enough to get me to come in. And the experience was even better than I thought it would be. The guy at the counter was really nice, professional and helpful. Places well put together with a relaxing patio. I had the seasonal fall soup, which was I think squash with pumpkin seeds and it was so good. I got the big one. And I had the buffalo chicken salad. I wasn’t sure what to expect as these are normally some kind of impossible nugget or something like that but to my delight, it was a homemade kind of shredded perhaps chickpea dish. Orders are placed through touchscreen kiosks, and when your food is ready, your order number is displayed on TV screens and called out over the speaker system. The process was simple, efficient, and helped keep things moving even with a steady flow of guests.

I ordered a chicken flatbread topped with banana peppers, melted cheese, and a flavorful sauce drizzle. The flatbread came out hot and fresh with a nice crisp crust and generous toppings. The combination of flavors worked well together, and it was a satisfying meal after spending time exploring Ruby Falls. I also tried Bill’s Lemonade, which was cold, refreshing, and a great complement to the meal.

“A really nice breakfast spot that opens helpfully early on a weekday. The breakfast plate was great - a decent helping of fresh fruit, a biscuit some good eggs and bacon. The service was also strong and efficient. The pumpkin spice latte was nice, but my preference is for it to be served hotter than was standard here.

“We had lunch yesterday at the Gunbarrel Panera Bread. We had an order for four and the salads we ordered were very fresh! The self serve coffee was great too! The tables and bathrooms were clean! If you experience a wait please be patient so many of our eating establishments are overwhelmed with guests and understaffed. They need our patience. If you need to wait and order here when you are not in a hurry definitely do that! Most places have order in the app options so even if you don't see a line they may be working hard to fill orders. We will definitely eat here again soon.“
