“We have been visiting Blugrass Grill for years every time we go to Chattanooga (from Atlanta) for good reason. We visited again this morning on our way back to Atlanta and it was amazing as always. The service is top notch, the food is amazing, it’s a perfect breakfast spot, and the coffee is awesome.“
“First time in at Puckett's Chattanooga, we had excellent service by Wyatt! Ask for his area if you choose to eat here. Food was delicious, you definitely need to try the bbq platter! We went on Friday night and they had live band, was a great place to eat and hang out!“
“It was our first visit here, and we brought out of town family. The food was delicious, the patio was wonderful for kids, and the service was fantastic! Brett pushed tables together for us and was so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back and bring all of our guests here!“
“Food. Service. Atmosphere. All 5 big stars! Traveling and found this gem. So very welcomed by warm staff and very comfortable, chic and comfy vibe. Had one of the best Cobb salads of my life. All the food that came out looked and smelled incredible. I’m obsessed with the bar and the stools - could have hung out for hours. Can’t rave enough about the staff, wow, what a crew! This is how a business should be run. Thank you, Public House!“
“Chic and delicious spot in downtown Chattanooga! We came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had a blast. Oysters, champagne, caviar, bolognese, and more! I highly recommend checking this place out. Plus, the location is great if you want to bop around before of afterward.“
“Well, my first time here as well as in Chattanooga, TN. Hubby had heard of the spot from friends a year ago. If you a scaredy-cat tourist, the place will look sketchy as heck. I'm from NY and living in GA for over 8 years I learned about the best establishments, be them hole in the wall places! Anyway, you pull up and chef outside on the grill, smoking it up! When you get to the door it reminds me of one of those old liquor stores you ain't got no business being in as a kid. Push in the door and that BBQ small hits your belly hard. It's a small spot they got about 4 tables inside but it's cozy. Menu looks legit. Our family 3 had a variety of selections hot dog and mac n cheese for the kid, I had the wings, green beans and slaw and hubby had a pork sandwich baked beans and potatoes salad!. I was able to get the green beans because they use turkey. I was salivating but disappointed. They were peppery and bland, but baby my slaw and wings were finger licking the whole time good. The wings were a little tiny but VERY tasteful. The kid ate all of his food and he a picky eater, plus he don't eat everyone's mac n cheese. Let's just say no morsel was left behind. My hubby said everything was good he meant to get me the potato salad and him the coleslaw his error my pleasure. He don't eat potato salad but decided to try it, why he couldn't stop eating it! Then, he had the nerve to ask these people, " who made the potato salad?" Glad we sat and stayed and enjoyed it all, they seem to be a family business giving the business with this BBQ. The bonus was customer service was all that and then some!“
“Love going here and eating family style without hours of cooking myself. Since the COVID out break you just sit with the party you come with but the food is still better than anything around, the service is still the absolute best. Go on down and check them out. Still locally owned and operated.“
“I am sad I have just recently discovered Zarzours. I passed by for years, but never ventured in due to the look of the restaurant. This is 100% a case of don’t judge the book by its cover. The food is so good. Makes me think of my mom and grandmas cooking. The wait staff are so friendly and they take care of their regular customers. Remember, it’s cash or check only so make sure to come prepared.“
“The chicken parm sandwich tasted great, but it mostly consisted of bread. It contained one small piece of chicken, basically a thin chicken tender that could have been 4 times larger and still fit into the bread. I also tried the french dip sandwich, which I'd recommend.“
“This restaurant is the definition of SOUL. All of the food is scratch made goodness, and cooked fresh daily. Everything was delicious, all of the sides, all of the proteins, the breads. If you're a fan of down home southern goodness then do yourself a favor and check this.“
“They clearly have a Michelin Star Chef hiding in that little log cabin. The food is Heavenly! We genuinely get excited to order. They don’t keep what you might call traditional hours for restaurants, so we think about the many times when they are closed and get bumbed that we missed our timing. We can’t say enough good things about the food here. You’ll love it. Enough reading, just call them already…money back guarantee from me ?.“
“Let's just say everything was amazing!!! From the time I enter the establishment until I left,,,, the food was delicious and the drinks ? wow,and the ? can't wait to come back again!!!! Excellent service,, come see for yourself, you won't regret it“
“Our waiter, Ryan, was delightful. He was excited about the menu and made great suggestions. Really good food! The kindest thing he did for us was flagging down our car when we accidentally left the credit card! Above our expectations in every way. Keep Ryan! Our sister weekend was saved by a fellow Alabama fan.“
“This was our first time eating here and the food was amazing! Everything is fresh and homemade. The selection and prices are good for the type of food you get and they have sooo many choices. We tried the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, squash casserole, broccoli casserole, cucumber salad, pecan rice pilaf, brunswick stew and southwest corn chowder. The $5 portions of the sides will feed a family of three adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The full size meatloaf was enough for two days for the same amount of people with a little left over for a sandwich. This is a great option for working parents and couples of all ages. You can mix and match and cut down your time in the kitchen without sacrificing quality home cooked meals. Just decide what you can cook and supplement the rest. My first meal that I mixed with some home cooked food sides and their meatloaf and potatoes came out to $5-$7 per person based on family of 3-4. That’s better than almost any takeout and it’s all homemade quality. After speaking with the staff, many items will hold in the fridge for several days from when they are made and you can freeze other with ease. This is a great little find and I will definitely be back! Thank you for an exceptional experience!!!“
“Best fried chicken you can get anywhere! Don’t even get me started on the fried pickles though! Do yourself a favor to save some time and just order to orders right away and watch them disappear. Grab a 40oz and a coozie to go with it all! Don’t forget your sides!“
“Stopped in to get some lunch with my family while on vacationCool little spot within walking distance of the Park.Food was great, their bbq tasted amazing I had a big potato stuffed with it.Quaint little spot inside and seating outside.Would definitely eat here again.Parking: BIG parking lot behind at the park. “I believe "Akira" (I hope I am spelling this correctly) helped us today! Excellent service- absolutely turned a good meal into a great dining experience! The food was fresh, tasty, well made and delicious; but the friendly attentive service was very appreciated! Thank you! 6 stars, were it possible!“
