“Chick-Fil-A always has great food. This Chick-fil-A is on another level when it comes to service, speed, and customer satisfaction. I have probably eaten at 30 different Chick-fil-A restaurants at least in my life and this is the best I have ever been to. Hinesville doesn't have much but by far this is hands down the best Chick-fil-A you will find. The management takes care of its employees and cares about its customers!“

“Liaa provided outstanding customer service!! She greeted me with a smile and was very friendly throughout our interaction. The Assistant Manager was also professional and greeted each customer personally who were dined in. I will definitely be returning“

“As always, the place was busy but this particular facility had no indoor dining but it was a nice day so it was easy to sit outside except for all the cars coming in and out of the parking lot and sometimes left running next to you while they went to get an order. Food as always was very good“

Large menu with plenty of variety. Chicken tenders were excellent as advertised.

“The food was very good- always is. The only complaint I have here was the waitress was not very alert once we got our food. Never got my water refilled once- only time she checked on us she just quickly brought our checks and dropped them off.“

“Typical Chick-fil-A quality and service you come to expect from a Chick-fil-A. Only negative is they can't figure out how to do the drive-thru. Turning one lane into the Mobil order and then still having to merge into one lane doesn't make sense. Gotta open up that second lane all the way through.“

It took us nearly 20 minutes to get our food and when I went to ask about it, I had to wait for a while before someone acknowledged me standing there.....probably wont be back to this particular CFA but it wont hurt their business. They were busy.“

“Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“

“Let’s get right into it. This place is similar to Cane’s but slightly different on the breading of the chicken fingers, and very different on the toast. It is regular toasted toast, not bakery bread toast.. but it’s good. The Zaxby’s sauce is also similar to Cane’s sauce, so if you want Cane’s and there is not one near go here… but make sure you order extra chicken fingers they are small just like Cane’s 😬

“We came in a little late as we were on a road trip, and the employees were super nice, attentive, and quick. It was really a great relief/rest to be able to sit at a clean table and use clean bathrooms. Not to mention the food had seasoning and everything 🤌🏼 so shoutout to the guy working the front POS late on 1/8, party of three people who work in fast food appreciated you :)“

“The fact that this franchise serves the proper portions in their meals is enough in this area to award 5 stars. I live on Wilmington Island and will go to this location because they serve the three piece dark correctly. KFC on Skidaway gives two legs and a thigh as does Popeyes on Victory.“
