Today, I finally had the pleasure of meeting Gocha herself, and she was just as kind and genuine as her restaurants reflect. If you’re looking for one of the best breakfast experiences in Atlanta, Gocha’s Breakfast Bar is definitely worth the visit. “Ordered corned beef hash, which was moist and tasty beef. They were actually chunks of beef instead of the mashed dog food other places have. Sooo good. I order over medium eggs but they were very runny, egg whites were not even cooked all the way. The staff took care of it right away. The manager even came back to inform me the time it would take to come out instead of leaving me alone for too long. Excellent service. I sat outside because it was a pleasant day.“

“We are so excited about this place because we needed a place like this on the Eastside. I recommend everything listed because me, my mom and sister have tired the fish and grits, salmon and sausage (pork and chicken) biscuits, pancakes and waffles, fried chicken, pork chops and etc. Please don’t just take my word for it, go try it for yourself. Let’s keep supporting so we can keep this place around for a very long time.“

“This is a small, very homey place, with basic, good quality food for a fair price. Since it was my first time, I had the breakfast bowl w/ potatoes & sausage. The eggs were fresh, the sausage had a good char on it from the grill, & the potatoes were well seasoned, but not greasy. The servings were just the right size to fill you up, without leaving you in a carb coma. They had plastic ware instead of silverware, but the bowls & coffee cups were real ceramics, so they're spending their money on the right things. The staff were very friendly, & were able to chat with customers while still providing efficient service. On my next visit, I will be willing to trust them with fish & grits!“

The only thing that I noticed that needs improvement is the phone service as they “do not take call to order 25-30min before closing”.“

“Everything about this place was awesome! I got avocado toast, and my husband got the barbecoa bowl. We both loved our food. The environment was super nice, our server was kind and attentive. The watermelon wake-up juice was easily my favorite part if the experience. If you are looking for healthy, and filling food that is 10/10 and reasonably priced, this is your spot!“

“Fast, cheap and tasty. A classic meat-and-three southern diner. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Excellent value for the price; you can get a square meal with a protein and lots of veggies for like $10. For maximum ambience, eat your food there and watch some Judge Judy.“

“This is what waffle house is SUPPOSED to be! Happy friendly staff (they were singing the jukebox the whole time haha) shout out to Selecia, for introducing me to Waffle House sauce and being so friendly! Great food that was fast! Awesome vibes. Also small detail that I appreciated, they served my scrambled eggs marbled, even though I didn't ask. That's my favorite way to have scrambled eggs and I've never been to a restaurant that default scrambles like that. So shout-out to whoever made the eggs! 🍳“

“This Waffle House is in a lovely location within a historic community, and the atmosphere in very warm. When you arrive, you are immediately greeted and asked if you prefer to place your orders To Go or dine in. I sat at the dining counter, and I ordered the All Star meal that came with, eggs, chicken sausage, toast, hash browns, and a waffle. I added chocolate chips and pecans to my waffle, and I got some decaffeinated coffee ☕️ with Splenda. The food was a great value, and the service was also great. The wait time was good, and I plan to return to this location this week.“

Not only did she take my order over the phone while my aunt was there, she also notified me while parked outside that my order was ready. She was greeting customers and taking orders with eagerness and approachable friendliness. My food was fresh and hot and the staff was working diligently with pleasant attitudes. Thank yall!“
