“We came to Atlanta for a competition and decided to pop in and try some local restaurants Tin Lizzy Cantina. OMG the best guac fresh chips salsa and the steak Philly tacos the bomb. Not sure why their rating is lower but I know you can’t please everyone. I give them 10/10 OGG was our waitress so friendly, the down home atmosphere if you come to Atlanta and don’t come eat here. Everything was great. Thanks OGG for the great service we will definitely be back.“

“After a long day of visiting tourists sites, I was in much need of an adult beverage and some grub. Our son told us that we had to go to Superica so we jumped in the car and took off like Batman looking for a Midnight dance with Cat Woman. In minutes we were through the door and quickly seated. Even though we had a fairly large party our server Justin made sure that we felt like the only people in the crowded room. The house salsa here is so incredible that I begged on hands and knees that the bartender craft a cocktail using it as the base. After much arguing, debating and signing of waivers, the bartender I believe his name is DeBossie (forgive me for the sp) returned with the David Moon Special. It was spicy, salsay (making up words) and refreshing. It's not for everyone but if you're bold enough to take the road less traveled then I highly recommend it. After a couple of DMs and stuffed on some of the best Mexican food I've ever had, and I've dined in many Latino countries, Chef Kenny came over for a chat. My wife had to stop me from jumping over the table and giving him a deep long kiss for the feast that he provided us. My whole family left full, happy and feeling like we didn't just dine but had an amazing experience. As a plus, most of the waitresses are very easy on your eyes if you know what I mean. Highly Highly Highly Recommend dining here. And if you mention that I sent you and you order a David Moon Special then they will give you a free yes FREE glass of Aqua. Guaranteed. “SHAY did an amazing job serving dozens of guests at the bar- despite the fact that she had no help. She and the 2 table servers deserve a raise. Management/ owner needs to wake up and hire more help though, and pitch in themselves. The bathrooms need attention as well. The food was good but took a while to come out because of not sufficient staffing.“

“I really like enjoyed the queso, guacamole and fish tacos! I prefer my tacos on a corn tortilla and maybe you can request it but I do like fish tacos on a flour tortilla which is why I chose to go with that one. The food was good. I would definitely go back. The service was great! There was a mess up with our order but they figured it out and were super friendly and helpful in the process.“

“My family has been frequent customers since I was a baby, after moving away almost a decade ago this is the place I miss most from home. Each trip back to Atlanta this is my first stop back. The food is always consistent and tastes like my childhood. And don’t let the long line fool you, your food will get to you faster than you can imagine! Love taqueria del sol so much!!“

“I get the hype around the chicken soup - savory not too salty, very delicious. My first time here, I was greeted at the register & when I asked about cheesy rice they said no problem.
Can’t really mess up cheesy rice, but a very enjoyable local experience. I will definitely be back to try other items. Chips, salsa, & sweet tea were also good!“

Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the portions were generous. The service was just as impressive—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. “Went to the Emory Cox Food Hall, and tried Twisted Tacos for the first time. I ordered the BBQ chicken Nachos with a side of Fried Plantains. Very good, quick and friendly service and the food was really delicious and seasoned well. The plantain pieces were huge, well worth it.“

“I got the grilled fish tacos made with care and stuffed to the brim! Server was nice and patient as it was my first time seeing their menu. The salsa Verde with the pico de gallo bust with flavor and the chips were just the right amount of toasty and salty. Fresh black beans with the combo had everything on point with their conscious effort to make the planet fresh.“
