“My favorite place to go to for fair like foods whenever I visit the area. The place is tiny with no tables to sit inside, but there are plenty of places to sit outside or get a to go box to walk around with and take in the sights. The staff is always attentive and friendly.“

“The best local place to get ice cream in the area! Expect Sunday to be the busiest day of the week. Popular with the after church crowd. I also like their burgers too and you can ask to modify it. Especially like taking my kiddo here on a Friday after school for a kids cone.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly restaurant“

“Made a quick run for some fried pickles, staff was pleasant and food was fresh, I felt the service was timely considering cars wrapped around the building. Aside from the good service I was pleasantly surprised that after asking me if it was ok, they gave me a treat for my dog who had her head hanging out the window. Happy driver and furkid both as we left - she now has a favorite FF place in town.“

“My only complaint is that the prices are high but what would you expect in a tourist town. Everything in Helen is pricey. They have somewhere around 36 flavors to choose from. There's lots of seating at picnic benches to catch your breath and cool off in the hot Georgia summers and to escape the cold with a hot pretzel or elephant ear in the mountain winters.“
