I always thought the point of placing an order beforehand was to ensure that your food was ready when you arrived. I placed my order around 7:10pm, received an estimate time that my food would be ready between 7:26-7:31pm… it’s 7:50pm and my food isn’t done. I would cancel the order if it hadn’t already been paid.
How does the app say my food is ready for pick up if they haven’t started on the order?!! Raggedy.
Esha is A1. Came in on Wednesday 7/8 and it was packed! She handled every order in a professional manner, greeted every customer with a smile and made sure everyone was well adhered to.
The mgmt at this location has always been great for me. Keep it up!
My son went the other day with a certificate for a free meal he received from the last week of highschool. He went to use it and the person at the counter told him they don't accept them anymore. The certificate was good until last day of the month. Being my son he didn't say anything about it to upper management. The person taking the order acted as of they didn't want to be there and had to work. When he asked if my son wanted something else, my son said no and left. Why offer...read full review
